2008-04-11 06:44:00 When I first started this tumblelog in May 2007, this was the only blog of any kind I had. Since then I?ve ended up starting a number of other blogs and the original theme of this tumblelog, history, has fallen into disservice. That?s why I have changed the title from ?Miscellany from Past and Present? to simply ?miscellany.? I plan to keep this little tumblelog, because I like having a place to put the occasional cool quote, image, or clip I find, but I also want to treat it as kind of a lifestream and see how importing links from my other blog posts via rss works. If you have an opinion one way or another, send a tweet to markstoneman. My own sense is that these links won?t get out of hand, because my own blogging schedule isn?t overambitious. I?ll also import my del.icio.us feed, since I?m pretty selective about what I bookmark there and the pace is fairly slow, well most of the time anyway.
