18 EU sanctions have forced seven more British companies to halt trading with Myanmar.The additional companies deal with metal, timber, minerals and gemstone industries.The European Union identified the new concerns affected by the sanctions as three small timber companies based in Bristol, Oxford and Sheffield; three top jewelery retailers in London -- Asprey, Harrods and Leviev --- and one mining finance company.They must stop doing business with Mymanmar, formerly known as Burma , or face prosecution.
