17 Days is a video series, curated by Adriane Little, for the Atrium Gallery at the Richmond Center for Visual Arts at Western Michigan University.The concept is that there are 17 Days paired with 17 video artists. Art Madrid 09 se celebrará del 12 al 16 de febrero de 2009, en el Pabellón de Cristal de la casa de Campo de Madrid.Al llegar a su cuarta edición Art Madrid prosigue con su apuesta por el arte contemporáneo español y por ello, de las 74 galerías participantes en la feria, 61 son españolas (más del 82% del total). Junto a aquellas, estarán presentes otras 13 galerías internacionales (7 europeas y 6 latinoamericanas). Entre las europeas, cabe destacar la presencia de 5 importantes galerías portuguesas. El grado de inmersión de esa experiencia dependerá del coraje y falta de complejos del visitante. El éxito de la misma se podrá estimar en cómo este defienda su psique ante las implacables señales explícitas que las obras disparan directamente. La diana es, en este caso, la intrincada ensoñación de una mente humana convencional. Es necesario precisar que no son esas señales a las que nos referimos, el interés principal del autor, ni tampoco están relacionadas con el eje de su discurso.
