For years, people have moaned about how noisy cars can be but you would never imagine that people would complain if cars were to quite. That is exactly what Cheryl Martin the director from the Lilac Blind Foundation has been doing. Members from this group have said they cannot hear the approach of a Hybrid Vehicle so when they stick their canes out the cars have run over the tips and broken them.
