This is going to be a quick guide to save you from paying a programming fee for your remote keyless entry for All Yukon and Envoy, Tahoe and Trailblazer models.. This guide will not work for any other models, but will for most all Yukon, Tahoes, and Envoy, Trailblazers including XL and Denali models. If you go to a dealership, you will pay around $50 for programming!This will work on new remotes you just purchased or on old remotes that you may have had batteries replaced that lost program. It must be followed exactly.First, hold down the unlock feature on your door and keep it held down. While holding down, turn ignition key over 3 times and turn off (dont start vehicle). The speed at which you do this is not important, but just turn to where radio will play and instrument panel lights up. I am a car salesman for a GM Deal ership and was happy to see the GMC Acadia finally arrive. Consumers are flocking in to see the design that replaced the 3 row GMC Envoy XL.I have not talked to anyone that does not love the new design. The only complaint I have heard is about the engine. The 3.6 Liter V6 may be a little under-powered for the size of the vehicle, but the 26 MPG Hwy mileage helps persuade a would-be buyer that there is plenty of power.There are plenty of options on the vehicle to satisfy any taste. You can get 2 sunroofs, navigation, DVD, option of cloth or leather, heated seats, memory seats, just to name a few. The pricing is not bad either. They used a flow meter attached to the fuel pump to see which configuration gave a truck the best fuel economy.The best fuel economy out of the mix was with a mesh tailgate cover. Probably due to the lighter weight received approximately 5 percent better fuel economy. The worst out of all was with the tailgate down.
