The 2007 Pont iac G5 is arriving in showrooms daily and features a 148-hp four-cylinder engine. A CD player and spoiler come standard for $14,995. There will also be a GT model that features, 173-hp engine that starts at $17,795.I have not seen many ads for the Pontiac G5, but if you have seen a Chevy Cobalt, you have already seen the G5. There is mixed opinions on the 2007 GMC Yukon . I think it is the fact that by nature we do not like change. The old Yukon needed an update and I believe General Motors did it justice, but most say it has to grow on them. The flip and fold second row seats dont seem to be impressing shoppers at this time, but the ride is definitely nice. If a customer takes a test drive, the look of the Yukon gets much better. I believe that in time everyone will enjoy the new look as much as they did the old model.

What happened to the Pont iac GTO? The sports car to fill the void of the Trans Am for Pontiac is history after this year. Is it that the GTO name reminded car buffs of the times of old, and the new look reminded them of the Grand Am? Or, is the $1000 gas guzzler tax a turn off for the automatic GTO? I believe sports cars are a thing of the past. Where can you go and show everyone what your car will do? Cruising city blocks is not what it used to be. Although, Corvette and the new Camaro will do well, as the new Camaro is going back to the past in the look all the way down to the recessed gauges. We want to remember our past, the way things were when we were young. The GTO captured none of the characteristics of cars of old and I believe this is why it failed. Let me know what you think.
