Dad and his MZ
2006-12-08 03:35:01 In my family only one person had a motorcycle. He was my father, who had a red MZ TS150. When i was a little kid, he sometimes carried me with his bike. I loved the voice of the engine. He serviced the bike himself and as i can remember it was always very clean and shiny. Originally dad was engineer of electronics, but later he had lots of different kind of jobs, such as wehicle constructor. He designed firepatrol cars, military wehicle superstructures and so one. He loved the bikes and cars very much. I got the gasoline in my veins from him. He was very helpful, he often fixed my friends cars and bikes. He told me how can i handle and fix my bikes, how the things work. Some months ago, he got my sportscar when i bought a new SUV. Of course he started to repair the engine, but something went wrong. 2 weeks ago, the police knocked my door, they told me, they found my father in his burning car. He was 58 years old.

2006-12-01 10:33:06 The long-awaited B-King is ready to rumble! The first conception model was shown in 2001. When the little king, the gsr-600 with the engine of the GSX-R 600 was shown I was a little bit frustrated. Where is the big engine? Where are the brutal exhaust pipes? At last here is the real B-King. Unfortunately i don’t know the technical specifications yet.

2006-12-01 10:33:06 For the 2007 model year the biggest GSX-R has been rebuilt. The novelty from the Suzuki was shown in Paris. The bike got double exhausts, a new frame and a stronger engine. Now it has 178 HP. The most interesting change is the variable engine-management. It has 3 state: normal mode, sport characteristics, and one for wet road. The dry weight was a little bit higher: now the bike’s weight is 172 kilos. Other changes are: modified hydraulic clutch, titanium valves, modified fuel injection, higher rev.

But it is interesting enough reporting it. And i’m not living in a banana republic in the middle of nowhere, these things are happening here in Europe, so it’s a little bit strange, isn’t it? Today is the 50th anniversary of the 1956 revolution. This is a national holiday in Hungary. But since the prime minister admitted he lied to win re-election, the political situation is very difficult in this small country. More than a month ago there was affray on the streets in Budapest. Now the protesters are restarted the fights againist police forces. The revolution of 1956 was put down by Soviet tanks. Today the organizers of the national celebration displayed some contemporary military wehicles, such as trucks, armoured wehicles, tanks. It was a generally bad idea. 2006-12-01 10:33:06 Yamaha will replace for free the throttle position sensor in the following motorcycles between model year 2002 and 2005: YZF-R1, FZ6, FJR1300, TDM900, MT-01, XV1700, XT660. When I asked them to replace my tp sensor a year ago they don’t want to replace it garantially. I had to buy a new one. Give my money back! More About: Yamaha
