Often recruiters take the brunt of all these. There are direct and indirect questions about: Did you doctor the resume? I would love to hear from fellow professionals on hilarious and some serious situations in the lines of above. The best I have come across: My customer’s customer support division fires Mr. N for total lack of performance. In two weeks I have Mr. N’s resume for network administrator. The joke: N joined the CS division as a fresher trainee and could deliver nothing in 6 months of extended trials. Am thinking that there must be a way that this practice is identified and stopped.
