Microsoft also interviews talent online in Second Life

It is news on the Wall Street Journal posted on June 20th. Companies are now recruiting new employees using the popular MMORPG gaming website Second Life . Microsoft and Hewlett Packard and other companies setup virtual job fairs hosted by recruitment-advertising agency TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications LLC. Online recruiting in YouTube, MySpace and Facebook are also used with employers using internet online recruitment. TMP will be hosting another job fair in August. Second Life had 431,000 unique visitors from the recruitment fair in May. Employers noticed candidates are more relaxed and more open during the online interviews since the interview is more casual like chatting with friends. I am surprised real estate companies are not advertising their corporate branding in Second Life using prime time cable television commercials. Maybe soon companies will be looking for advertising space and real estate locations in Second Life.

I also uploaded the Cramer-Krasselt commercial at our YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/rkesa After seeing the television commercial produced by Cramer-Krasselt, Chicago in the month of May of Corona-Extra I was impressed and thought my posting of ‘island maker’ t-shirts was their inspiration. At first I thought Microsoft created a new advertising campaign to market a new MMORPG game to the game industry to compete with Second Life and future game competitors. I am writing my business development proposal about Pleasant Hill , in Northern California to ultra modernize to a pedestrian only mini-city without automobiles. The current residential owners can sell their home at 50%-120% above the fair market value to entice commercial real estate developers to ultra modernize the city to be similar to Shibuya-Ginza Japan. The new Pleasant Hill city design will incorporate modern architecture with ceramic tile and granite walkways instead of todays ashphalt and plain concrete pathways. Note of Today: In the United States 70 percent of Intern et users are over the age of 30; in China 70% of users are under 30. This is according to the invesment bank Morgan Stanley from the article posted at the New York Times (Feb. 5th 2007) online. Tencent is the fastest growing internet company with 80% of the market (100 million users) exceeding Google . Ideas are worth more today and the internet is trend market driven. I rode Yamanashi Maglev Line at 311 mph with Harvard Club of Japan with Goo

This evening in California I experienced riding the Yamanashi Maglev Test Line in Japan from Google video - watch on a big screen and Listen with your headphones when the digital marquee displayed in real time increases in momentum approaching 502 kilometers per hour (311 mph). Thanks to the Harvard Japan Club and Google video network people can be inspired to visit Japan. The awe inspiring video was filmed at the JR Railway Technical Research Institute’s Yamanashi Maglev Test Line. The first time I experienced the rumbling sound of thunder in the Summer time in daylight was from the race track at Sears Point Raceway in Northern California - now known as the Infineon Raceway. From what I discovered from a travel book at Kinokuniya, the driving force of Shinkansen can rumble an ‘earth-like tremor’ shaking the walls of nearby residential homes while a loud roar can be heard. Today I updated my website with a new NTT DoComo bar code reader with a new domain name that translates my surname into Japanese romaji. My new surname is spelled in the pronunciation of the romaji letters ‘r’ in place of ‘aru’ with the japanese word ‘kesa’ forming the domain r-kesa.com. The domain name r-kesa is more memorable and easy to enter in the url address bar of a mobile phone web browser or PC. I thought of the domain name when the DOT COM was popular in 1999 while learning Japanese language at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Northern California. Geocities.com was the most popular way to showcase a website and the cost and popularity of buying your own domain name was not affordable or popular compared to today. Make your own Daylight Time : Terrestrial Time (TT) or Gravitational Time

Surprisingly i learned today Pacific Daylight Savings Time is a concept by Benjamin Franklin urging Parisians in France to save money by starting their early morning day earlier to make use of the natural lighting from the morning sunrise. According to Wikipaedia it was a humorous letter written by Mr. Benjamin Franklin. Starting next Monday we will be re-making the history of Daylight Savings Time and we will be experiencing another form of déja vous of a Y2K glitch (Y2K7). Why are computers designed poorly? Maybe computer engineers at Google will create a Google Time Calendar and we will see the Gregorian Calendar become obsolete?
