Wealthwars gone bad?
2007-07-13 09:32:00 Recently, Wealthwars has cut off all forms of communications with them, so no one has been able to contact the Wealthwars team. Wealthwars did used to pay it's members, in fact I received 2 checks from them, this is why I posted it on GPTList.com for the time you saw. However, the owner told it's users it was going under maintenance, therefore the forums would be down. But not even a contact form can be found on Wealthwars, not to mention 2 complaints I've received that people hadn't gotten their checks this month. So it looks like Wealthwars built up traffic, paid its members for a while, and now it's been abandoned by it's team, just to collect revenue from ads. As far as I'm concerned, Wealthwars has been tagged as a scam. I apologize for listing it, there was no way of anyone to know that it would go bad. More About: Sites , Scams , Get Paid To
New Pay to Play Site!
2007-07-11 08:46:00 Honest 'Paid to Play ' sites are hard to find, so I thought I'd make a post about this one. KerClink has now been added to GPTList! It is a downloaded arcade which rewards you with clinks (which translate into money) every time you beat a game. Non-Clashing advertisements fit well around the game screen so you won't be annoyed much like Wealthwars, and you can experience some actual fun games! 2007-07-11 08:41:00 All sites listed are now being fitted with a much deeper inspection, stats, and details as to how they work, what they pay, and how it can work with you. At the very first glance of the banner, I've added details such as Referral Bonus, Requirements, Special Features, etc... So you should be able to choose the site that is right for you without even visiting it. Not to mention the snapshots which give you an image when you place your cursor over the link! Forums Transition
2007-07-08 11:56:00 Nothing to panic about whatsoever. All data is still in tact, and users accounts, posts, threads, ranks, everything will still be held together. We are just transitioning the forums to SMF a more user friendly Forum, for the admin, and the members. You can see a preview here: http://www.gptlist.com/forum but it's not close to being finished. You can continue to use the phpBB forums until then without any interruptions since we are working on an entirely different MySQL database. And all posts will be transfered over once it's complete. 2007-07-08 11:49:00 Just added 6 more sites under http://www.gptlist.com/list.html They are all GPT sites, and have been favored by several people whom I have spoken with. They should all be good choices to expand your boundaries. The sites are: Gangster Greed, Kash Kitty, Media Dollarz, Party Cash GPT, My Cash Safari, Suite Cash, I'll write descriptions for them soon, I'll need to do more research on each one. Mooomoney.com Warning
2007-07-07 08:37:00 Several users, including me enjoyed this website, and some still do. However, there have now been 6 reports about accounts being randomly banned with no explanation, and no response to help-requesting support tickets. All users who reported being banned had more than $100 in their account, and all of that money was taken. Any legitimate site would take the money back the reversals (if the reason they were banned WAS because of reversals) and send them a check for the remaining money. So altogether, this website is looking poor. Again, I say that some users are still receiving checks normally, but the amount of banned accounts for no apparent reason encourages more and more members to think twice when participating in Mooo money.
