Among the many wise (and not so wise) words in the book there was a amazing insight into beating procrastination: Tasks take as as much time as you allocate to them. A prime example is BidXL. I gave myself two weeks in December to get a working version of BidXL up for all my readers to access. I ended up spending 13 days goofing off, and the 14th furiously coding away. Moral of the Story? To keep your fire burning, use a One Year Goal. To get things done on a daily basis, set daily goals.
