In its most basic assumptions Porters model is the illustration of potential factors that may influence the outcome of a given companies effort in particular markets. The retail industry can be used to amplify Porters model. In retail industry new market entrants may illustrate one of the rather signification factors in understanding competition. New entrants may chip away from existing customers that are enticed by marketing or lower introductory prices. Considering its overall market penetration and brand recognition it certainly raises the question as to the validity of it approach. The article submitter at http://articlesubmitter.imwishlist.com/ is virtually identical in terms of evaluation. Both of its versions free and paid do what it says it will do. It is a smooth software and certainly worth the price. However, it has the same problem as the directory submitter: it is virtually pointless to use the software because of the time factor. If you do the math, it is substantially more viable to pay a third party to do it.   Hence we give it a 4 out of 5

We recently purchased this product because of obvious reasons; who can ignore internet directories as a part of Search Engine Optimization strategy. They offer two different versions Free and Paid. Though both products are functional and do as they promise, we have our doubts. Don?t get us wrong, the techniques, software and price are reasonable and well.  However, it does not make good sense to sit down for hours at the time to submit your site semi manually to some 2000 directories. It is substantially more economical to pay $80 to $100 for a third party to do the submissions for you. Hence we give them a 4 out of 5. Brought to you by: Royalty Universe. Today?s announcement by Microsoft that it will provide a 3 year warranty and repairs in order to eliminate the current issues with ?Ring of Death? is rather expected. In their announcement MS also provided a warranty reimbursement for past repairs. Essentially this announcement will translate into a cost of up to $1 Billion for Microsoft.   In terms of SWOT analysis, this announcement is certainly a great illustration of a potential weakness as well as thread. In terms of weakness, the hardware flaws that have plagued XBOX 360, have illustrated a great point of weakness. In terms of threat, such sudden and uncalculated cost is certainly a threat to potential future profits. Yet this is not unique to XBOX; Nintendo Wii had its issues and problems with its joysticks and Sony PS3 had software flaws. Let us get started by saying that the customer service at this company exceeds expectations. They have a very friendly staff and are very quick to response to correspondence and information requests. After an extensive order, we did not hear back from them at all. The payment was made but the services were not rendered. Our attempts to touch base with them via phone and email went also unanswered.   Though extremely odd and unpleasant; we are reluctant to call this service a fraud. We would like to think that this entire episode was somehow a gigantic mistake. However, as up right now we can not provide a good feedback because of obvious reasons.   We give them 0 out of 5.
