And then my second...chocolate. So, you can imagine what it felt like to have the privilege of reviewing Spud Fudge...a creamy, rich fudge made with potatoes!! Go figure. How lucky am I? Sandee Tuck of Sandee's Candee's is the genius behind this gourmet delight. It takes twelve steps tp prepare Spud Fudge, and the potatoes replace 1/3 of the sugar. So, her theory is...you can eat 1/3 more fudge! The fudge she prepares, still by hand, come in a variety of of flavors and shapes, but the one that has created the most excitement is the "baked potatoe replica". Complete with the look of butter, sour cream, and even foil. Innovative. Sandee's fudge is being discovered...even airing on Food Network. You know what that means.
