2008-04-14 15:37:00 Ive been having a hard time finding independentaccurate data comparing the cost-per-lead of various local advertising mediums such as radio newspaper targeted direct mailings local periodicals local TV etc. Can anyone refer me to a trustworthy source that has accurate information on the subject and isnt trying to sell me a service?Weve been keeping records of our past advertising efforts at the small medical practice I work for and have seen the best returns on our direct mailings web marketing and phonebook ads. Local periodicals have had horrible returns in general and especially for their high cost. This process is very tedious wasteful and feels a bit like were paying a lot to re-invent the wheel though so I was hoping someone could direct me to a resource that might help me make some well-informed advertising decisions.
