I just ordered a $2500 MacBook Pro and it was shipped USPS Priority. The tracking shows that it was delivered successfully and signed by someone other than me that I dont know... And I dont know where the package is at so I have to wait until after the weekend to call USPS. So obviosly they didnt verify who they were delivering to... Thats one problem. Secondly if they find and return my package to me what happens if the package was opened and the product was tampered with? Do I have a choice to make them pay the insurance instead of delivering to me an open package? It may not be tampered with so I may not have to deal with any of this but I just want to know options... And yes it was insured.

Im in the process of starting a software business plugins for software actually and obviously I need need mone. Everything Ive read about venture investors seems like a pretty permenant situation. Are there people out there that may be investing in smaller amounts that are just looking for an initial return 1-3 yrs and not stuck on a long- term profit? If so where would you find them? To put it plainly I need someone to invest money but in the end I dont want to be sharing the company? Are there people possibly new to investing that are looking for a similar deal? I am working on a business plan currently for a restaurant and it will be pretty solid by the time it is finished. My partner works as a manager of a successful corporate restaurant and is going to take the operational side of the business. He also has a BA in hotel & restaurant management. I am responsible for the business side of our venture only natural since I am currently working on my MBA at Pepperdine. The location opportunity that we currently have is amazing. We do not have money of our own so everything must be financed from outside sources. Would like to have the statute which includes Real Estate Condominium association fraud. A corporation LLC purchased seven units in a condo association and has never paid dues or assesments for the last one year and a half and has done the same to other association in Southwest Florida. Local authorities will investigate if they can identify the statute this corporation has violated.The reason we suspect fraud is because this corporation is keeping their mortgages payments while not paying their dues until their units are flipped.At this point they owe our association about $150000.Thanks.

About 7 years ago my family had a horrible experience. My 16 year old was in a horrific car crash and I was out on medical leave from my job. I was not able to go back to work for some many years and so our bills started piling up and we had to let some go. The credit card bill was one. Now I am working part time my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair all times and my child is in a wheelchair at all times except now she is 25 years old. I am now trying to get our credit back on track except the credit card company sent the bill to a lawyer and we tried to get the company to settle with us but would not. Now they are threatening to garnish my husbands wages which he doesnt work anymore or they will put a lien on our property.
