Developer walked away from the project 3 years ago and left us investors with no sidewalks no trees no landscaping and no playground which was all part of the original plan. The city has cleaned out down town and moved all the dregs of the world into our area and made it section 8 subsidised housing haven and now properties are not worth what we paid for them.

It seems to be a win-win solution for all. Does not cost a dime if nothing is found but they will take 10-15% of what you get. You end up with more money than you had in the end if they find something.

the program uses a varible equity line of credit to pay off your mortgage sooner according to software you buy that cost 3500 I guess all of your income goes into this line of crediti which you use to make your mortgage payment to pay off your mortgage faster. It doesnt make sence to have a varible rate when fixed rates are comming down. Is it a good idea? Should I go for it?

We adopted 2 kids from the State we were givens tax credit of $10980 per child. When we filed last year they gave us $2000 for both kidswe get to carry the rest for 2 more years. My question is how do they determine how much you get back each year and do we recieve it all before or lose it after the 3 years?

They state that a court settlement regarding fees credit cards and bank atms charge is invalid and ifone sends in their travel purchase history abroad for the last 10 years one is entitled to a refund.I know in the past credit cards have charged 3%. This year my bank and the banks in my area NW Indiana are now charging 3% for all financial transactions. So if the banks and all the credit cards aredoing this how can there be a court refund available?question 2. How can one get around the fees for purchasing outside the USA?Thank you.Carol

Well end the year with $450k in annualized sales and already have around $550k signed for 2008. Without outside financing well likely end 2008 with about $750k in revenues. We need a $150k line of credit to hire two engineers and a sales rep with which I think we could end next year with more like $1.2M in annualized revenues.

I just read about the Ultra -portable Apple MacBook rumor on engadget. The rumors so far havent mentioned if the laptop will have a wireless anywhere card built in making the need to use a wireless anywhere PCMCIA card unnecessary. The dell laptops have had this option built in for some time. Apple has not. If Apple really wants to tap the business market this is a critical option in my opinion. If anyone has heard anything please let me know
