The White House says Bush will speak outside as he prepares to board his helicopter for a trip. 2008-04-24 13:30:00 Oil prices fell Thursday as the U.S. dollar strengthened and after a U.S. government report showed a build in crude supplies.The greenback was higher in Asian trading after taking back some ground against the euro Wednesday. A stronger dollar makes commodities such as oil less attractive as a hedge against inflation and makes oil more expensive to investors overseas.
