I've noticed lots of guys out at the clubs who are trying real hard to be pickup artist just because they saw a couple episodes and think they can do it.... It must be even more noticeable in NYC and LAI think the lessons where Mystery teaches the guys tools, tactics and body language is very valuable to the men viewers of the show.
