For one of the very best views on Moscow, head there. Located on the 22nd floorof the Russian Academy of Sciences building, this fancy cafe has a cool interior and offers delicious food in addition to its great location, the longest bar-stand in Moscow and the summer terrace. The cuisine is mainly French Fusion and Mediterranian, the music is well-selected lounge and downtempo.Getting there is an experience in itself: imagine getting to a large research center, then taking a special elevator to the top floor (wallpaper with clouds is a striking contrast to the stark interior of the research center's ground floor). A number of compilations with "Chill Out" in their titles were released in the mid-1990s and beyond, helping to establish the genre as being very closely related to downtempo and trip hop but also incorporating, especially in the early 2000s, slower varieties of house music, nu-jazz, psybient, and lounge music.
