Apparently, I have been in the dark about the awesome site Pandora.com. For those of you out there like me that were not privy to this great find, I want to share my new found joy! In its basic sense Pandora is an online radio station that is generated by referencing an artist or song of your choice. If you put in “Cake” you will get a Cake song followed by a song similar in style to Cake. If you do not like a song you can simply click on the thumbs down and the song will stop and a new song will begin to play. I was very impressed with how the Pandora engine so accurately chose music that I like. A friend that uses the service told me when he put in one of the artists from his morning run iPod playlist, Pandora followed by playing all of the other songs on his playlist; very impressive. I really hate Experts -Exchange .com. They are always mucking up my Google searches. The internet is place for people to help other people for free (yeah, you can get pr0n there too). Experts-Exchange not only makes you pay for their service, but they also have ads on their pages. WTF? I paid for Experts-Exchange for 2 years. In those 2 years, I found maybe a couple answers I needed. That’s not worth what I was paying them, so I ditched them. Occasionally, there are some questions that I can only find on Experts-Exchange. Should I sign up for their service again and pay their premium just for a chance that my answer is there? NA! I’ll check it out for FREE! Then, I will share it with everyone else… for FREE! Greatest Band in the Whole Wide Website

I’ve been fighting a headcold lately, so my usual writing “prowess” (anti-prowess?) may be a tad off. You may have heard of the fourth greatest folk-parody band in New Zealand (which isn’t part of Australia) known as Flight of the Conchords. I purchased their EP, The Distant Future after Bill and Ang played a few ‘Conchord’s songs from YouTube. Yes, I buy music I like. These days, they make it much easier by letting you download a couple songs for free. Business Time was already on the album, but Ladies of the World was not; good on ya’ mate! Man, I want to be advertised on a hot dog. They have a show on HBO that is good as gold. Wow, these key phrases sure come in handy.
