Police Protocol Tossed Out The Window pt II
2008-02-07 18:06:00 Here's Part Two. I went to Live Leak Dot Com to see if there was anything else to this story and here it is. There's still only one thing that's very obvious...protocol was NOT followed and this strip search was NOT done by the book and furthermore, I'd like to know one thing...if this isn't a Strip Search...what the hell is it? Police Protocol Tossed Out The Window
2008-02-07 10:35:00 People, I know I normally post a subject like this as a funny way of enticing you to check out the ad banners to our show...not this time. From a Correctional Officer's standpoint (as that's what I do) I cannot stand by the actions on this video. It's hard even for someone like me to watch. I'd like to thank the people below for posting this and I'll gladly repost it now both here and to all my blogs. I cannot believe what I'm looking at and if this happened to anyone even ASSOCIATED with me...neither God, Man, Demon, Army Nor Beast would stop me from reaching any of them. Simply put, you'd have to kill me because I'd be coming like a Cosmic Force of Nature and I won't be stopped. ----------------- Bulletin Message -----------------From: The War Of TerrorDate: Feb 7, 2008 3:04 AMarrested, degraded, strip seacrhed (by male officers) and left naked in a cell for six hours. yeah; that's the justice system. freaking appalling stuff. the brave woman (and husband) who have allo... Episode 92: Lord Genocyde vs. The D.M.V.
2008-02-03 19:36:00 I've come to the conclusion that the State of Louisiana is like a rather large retarded child on the toilet with toilet paper in one hand but wiping it's ass with the other. Point is, somewhere, there's a synapse that is misfiring badly. The Problem is...it's the only one that bothers to fire at all.I've had blocks on my license for awhile now. It all started when I killed the insurance on my Camaro. The way I figured it, the thing was parked and it wasn't moving. I was aiming to sell it and paying insurance on it was me throwing money away on it. After careful review of the situation, I'd finally killed it. The problem was that I hadn't forked over the license plate to it. It would have helped if someone had simply told me that I had to do so. When I finally did, again, I wasn't told anything else. The next block came when I'd made a late payment on the insurance to another car I own. Again, no information given to me about it.Now, these were the only two of which I'd kno... More About: Episode , Lord
Fundamentalist Christians...Face The Music
2008-01-22 16:08:00 I know the title of this particular angry rant may frighten some people but understand that it is here I will list my qualifications to set minds at ease and then I will attack mercilessly, pre-emptively and without apology. I warn you now if your sensitive feelings can't handle the truth then just fuckin' blow me.First, I was raised for most of my life here in this small town nestled in the emo buckle of the bible belt.Second, I attended a Catholic church as a child, went through catechism and underwent confirmation.Third, during said catechism classes I was subjected to the most mindless mounds of bullshit crammed down my throat. (I just didn't realize it was bullshit until later...more on that coming up)Fourth, I later became a Baptist and had the same mounds of bullshit crammed down my throat only this time...it was a force-feeding.Fifth, I've been to an apostolic church (whether I wanted to go or not...the latter obviously being the case)Sixth, I've been on one helluva spi... The Lord Genocyde Show Episode 6 Casting Call
2008-01-21 08:39:00 Hi Everyone,Right now, I'm currently working on The Lord Genocyde Show Episode 6: The Panopticon Project. While I've already got some of the integral parts filmed, I still need individual responses and this past couple of weeks has proven beyond doubt to be the most frustrating. I haven't been able to find one single person who wants to appear even briefly in a short film in this small town. Frustrating as it is, these same people can be overheard swooning over the next huge media flops (Britney Spears...another fine Louisiana Product *note the overbearing sarcasm*) stating, "I wish I could make millions and be in movies." While it's true that no one's making millions from this project (hey, least of all me here) I still need some individual responses. So here's what I've come up with so far. Many of us have webcams and if you have one, you can record yourself. Once you record yourself you can send those files to me via YouSendIt.com. If you do submit videos, here's what will... More About: Call , Casting
Episode 91: Enter The Pit
2008-01-11 08:58:00 It's no secret that the last few days have been nearly completely shitty. We came back from the Immune System tour with our show schedule so badly ripped to shit that I'd given up on the thing. Honestly, how many times in two months do I need to remind someone of the schedule to which we had agreed? After everything, I was so frustrated, I ended up leaving Krush. Two weeks prior to that, I ended up backing away from the West Memphis Three support group after I found myself having to constantly justify my actions to some halfwitted moron that refused to understand but constatly questioned me or talked down to me like I was their kid. Now this. I'd made up my mind that if every weekend were going to turn out like this, I was just going to not even bother firing up the computer. It was becoming frustrating.Sunday I'd found myself in a pit. Despite a good workout, despite doing what needed to be done, I just felt like hell, mentally. I was exhausted, drained and just plain ridden hard... More About: Episode , Enter
iPods: Convenience or Trendy?
2008-01-03 17:56:00 Here's a post from a rant on DSBP's website. TommyT posted it at the end of Cable's rant on how the illegal downloading (black market style) is hurting the indie leagues in music. I have to say that, while I agreed wholeheartedly with Cable's post, TommyT's follow-up seems to need a little fine-tuning.This is why I haven't chosen to negate the article in it's entirety but simply respond to it because some really good points are made. Who knows, it might open some dialogue and make some progress and that's really all I'm after.Everything in Quotations and bold print will be from Tommy's statement."Subject: Napster and Itunes kill the music scene!!!! yes, they do...don't even try to say I'm wrong...cause I am not. Ever since these 2 places became all the RAGE amongst the trendy millions in this stupid country, CD sales for all underground labels, and bands have gone so far down its pathetic. We are all jaded and torn at this point. We are all going bankrupt slowly and so... Episode 90: An Advance To The Rear
2007-12-25 15:06:00 As many of you know, I've been of the opinion that Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jesse Misskelley Jr. (otherwise known as The West Memphis Three) are innocent of the horrible triple murder for which each was convicted.Until several years ago, I hadn't really found a way to find others and get involved and possibly find some way of helping out in getting the right people (namely judges, attorneys, etc.) to reopen this case and have another look at it. It's only within the past year or so that I've finally had the opportunity to work with some of the supporters who've been active in this case for so long. Naturally, not many in this particular town know about this case with the exception of a few of the people I work with. Even then, I've had to bear ad hominem attacks and attempted guilt trips (albeit unsuccessful) from those that disagree with me, each basing their disagreement on what they perceive to be limited research on my part.Online it's been much worse. I've suffe... More About: Episode , Rear , Vance
Episode 89: On Hacking The Human Mind
2007-12-15 14:03:00 Even I'll be the first to admit that hacking human minds can often be a daunting task. It's actually harder than getting into any supercomputer in the world, no matter what level of skill you may have. I never intended to hack this particular mind. My intention was to simply state from where it was I was coming and perhaps, achieve a level of understanding that would allow us to agree to disagree on the subject. There are weird things in this world, my dear readers. These things are true because, we know, truth is far stranger than fiction. My co-worker, Biggie, and I were sitting around talking. I'd pretty much made up my mind never to discuss the subject of September 11th, 2001. The last time I did, he hammered me about a book I was reading. I had no idea how I was deserving of the rather venomous pseudo-attack that I'd gotten but trying to calmly explain my case was futile. As has been the usual, I received explanations that couldn't be corroborated by fact, predictable dismis... More About: Episode , Human , Mind
Immune System Tour In Full Swing
2007-11-25 00:01:00 Immune System Tour In Full Swing Lord Genocyde wasn't joking on the YouTube release when he said the dates had been sold out prior to any major listing. In fact, dates on the tour had been completely sold out within the first 48 hours of posting the news to a few message boards."Fact is," Lord Genocyde tells Krush News, "people couldn't wait. It was like a madhouse with online ticket sales. It was a surprise because the first two CDs didn't exactly fly off the shelves but so many had heard it on terrestrial and internet radio. That was the shock to us, just how many had heard them. It's really making us hopeful that this one not only takes off but also helps the other two boost as well."CD sales of Weltanschuuang and Phallusuberalles weren't exactly nonexistant but they had been low. Promotion of the two albums had been somewhat scant and it left Immune System being one of the most underrated industrial acts in the genre. Lord Genocyde says that's exactly what makes this tour n...
Episode 88: Fucking Rock Antarctica, I Won!!!
2007-11-23 15:49:00 Yeah, ok, I'm really damn happy...wanna know why? Well, because there's a story I'm going to tell you and I hope your damn ready for this one because I'm so happy right now that I'm going to leave a huge spot right here in my seat. No, you're not the first to know about it. I called Misty and told her sleep-addled ass all about it. I'm sure she really could have cared one way or the other about it but then again, that's neither here nor there...I just had to share it with someone. Now, I share it with you. Many times in the past year or so, I've talked about Accelerated Battlefield Combatives. This system is probably one of the best I've ever seen to help anyone of any age, body type, height, weight and strength level not only learn a good system of close combat but help you retain it and use it almost immediately. No bullshit. Here's your story.About a year ago, I blew my birthday money on a reduced price version of this system. What I got was Accelerated Battlefield Comba... Episode 87: Dante Aligheri Was Wrong...Hell Is A Wal-Mart
2007-10-30 05:24:00 Author's Note: This is my angry rant about my shopping experience at a nearby Wal-Mart . In this post, you'll see my darker side come out. I will not apologize for you becoming frightened or if this seems disturbing...you have been warned. If some of the products I normally buy were available anywhere else, no matter the price, I'd gladly stop shopping at Wal-Mart . I got the bright friggin' idea to go to Wal-Mart Saturday rather than Friday. Why? There were groceries that needed restocking and I was all outta my damn Xenadrine. So, I call up a friend of mine to borrow the car as per our arrangement and off I go to that fucking monument to consumerism.Getting there and getting in wasn't the problem. Hell , even the greeter there was really nice to me but that's her job isn't it? Still, I felt the smile was warm and genuine (and was enough to cut through any man like a hot knife cuts through butter on a hot sidewalk) and was enough to make me smile back at her and wish her a good... Episode 86: Goin' To Hell And I Ain't Comin' Back pt. 1
2007-10-25 08:03:00 Three Days, that's how long I've been working on the 15 Minute Hell program and I can tell you one thing...believe the hype. The last time I weighed myself, I was a 212lbs. That was several months ago and not all of it was muscle. Not to mention, I was getting nowhere fast. I was killing myself running (sometimes up to 20 minutes at a time), dieting was getting me some results but it was slow as hell, even weights were doing nothing but packing on more pounds because muscle weighs more than the excess fat.I was sick of my lack of results.Having tried everything else, I decided to try 15 Minute Hell. After three days, I weigh in at 196.5 lbs. Not bad, considering I was doing nothing more than sitting on my lazy behind at this computer a lot if I wasn't watching movies. I drank Cokes and Pepsis left and right, very slowly phasing them out until now. I never went to the gym. I never used the AbLounge I got. Episode 85: In The Air Tonight
2007-10-21 15:16:00 Stepping outside to mail off the letters made me realize something as I felt the first ever morning chill of the year. Winter looms in the distance ready to grace me with her touch. I felt it and I closed my eyes. I didn't move. I just stood there on my front porch, letters in hand and felt that beautiful chill in the air.I could feel vitality begin to renew itself in me but what I can't understand is why have I been so restless this year? I've barely been able to sit down and write. I've barely been able to sit down and do anything. Reading only gets accomplished when I'm on the toilet and even my attention span is short for that. My mind has been going a million miles per nanosecond and I couldn't seem to slow the hell down.Things this year have just been all-around wierd as hell. For anyone that's been following this blog as I've written in it as faithfully a manner as I could muster, though, at times, it has been a bit labored. If it's one thing I don't like doing, it'... Episode 84: Let The Insanity Begin...
2007-10-05 08:42:00 I woke up this afternoon to find Misty snuggling me from behind. That always feels good. Not only is she soft but she's warm and, if I didn't have to go to the damned bathroom I'd have stayed there. Nevermind that it was nearly 6:00 p.m. Still, I had to check the mail to see if some of her meds came in and I had to drain myself like you wouldn't believe. I slipped my sweatpants on, slipped into my house slippers and ventured out. It would be dark soon. It's been getting darker and darker more and more early lately. This is the great sign for me. Winter, oh my sheltering winter, is on it's way.Spring, to me, has always been a nice season. It turns, however, into the biggest prelude to a beating I'll take all year. Summer is the season I dread. That intense heat, the heated arguments, everything going chaotically faster are enough to drive you insane. When you're not having to deal with that...then comes the next part...storm season. If you're lucky, you'll avoid hurricanes,... More About: Episode , Insanity
Episode 83: A Summer Spent, A Winter Earned
2007-10-04 05:49:00 I'm sitting here at my computer. Misty's in the kitchen cooking. I'm thinking. I'm thinking hard...again. We all know what happens when I do that. What usually results is something really horrible.I've come to learn things this summer. I've learned things like a hurricane on radar can look like Jason Newsted slinging his hair around during a Metallica concert. I've learned that there are places in life that are huge on irony. Work is a prime example. I've watched people who haven't been around near as long as me get promoted while I haven't even been considered. Now, my captain is not giving me a choice...as of the 16th of this month, I have to take the lieutenant's test whether I want to or not. Funny how things work out isn't it? Yeah, fuckin' hilarious. Sure, a promotion to Lieutenant would be a jump up but I can't get my ass promoted one place up in the totem, much less two. I've even watched a guy who is far more qualified than me, who was doing a wonderful job g... More About: Summer , Episode , Winter
Episode 82: So Much For The Conversion Tactics
2007-09-08 17:35:00 I thought there was a cease-fire of sorts on YouTube, however, there isn't. Something has really gotten into these guys. If ever an Atheist wants to accuse you of being a person who's irrationally dogmatic while trying to claim some type of ethical high ground, direct them this way. Let them know they need to keep some of their people in line. Episode 81: On Atheism And Other Madness
2007-09-06 14:47:00 Whenever I needed a question of science answered, I asked an Atheist. Some atheists, of course, I didn't ask anything. Those type were few. Apparently, they assumed that the moment I asked them a question, it meant I wanted to be converted. I fail to see "What is the origin of a black hole in the universe?" translating to "Show me there is no God or multitude thereof." For years I'd considered a majority of atheists to be a little misguided but decent and smart.I've always believed in something. Starting from a young age, I'd decided to pursue a spiritual journey in earnest and my mom, much to my dad's dismay, was happy enough to expose me to Catholicism. It was then that I began the journey through the many rites of passage throughout my entire time in Catholicism. Later on, I found problems within the religion itself and converted to something more along the lines of a Southern Baptist faith. I became disappointed at the gossiping when I found people being nice to each other ... More About: Atheism , Episode , Madness
Episode 80: "Wolf Creek" Should Have Been A Warning, Dumbass!
2007-08-31 14:50:00 Frankly, I'll never understand the mentality of humans. I know you're thinking that it's probably hypocritical to remove my association from the human collective on both the individual and collective basis but after this, you may understand why I've done it.First, let's consider the caliber of people with whom I work. There's an old saying that sums it all up nicely...We're All Here Because We're Not All There. I think that says it all, don't you? Got that locked in? Good.In a world where our modern-day horror films show the scariest kind of monster to be the everyday man or woman you'd meet, I still could not wrap my head around my partner's intention to spend a vacation backpacking across Australia. When he initially told me of his intention to one day spend a two-week vacation doing this, I wanted to end his life and save him the trouble. For those who haven't seen Wolf Creek yet, I must inform you that this will contain spoilers so if you would rather see the movie for... Episode 79: Of Partisan Stances On Non-Partisan Issues...
2007-08-12 15:34:00 Let's clear the air before I begin this. First, let me start off by saying that I'm not going to lay into one side (and rather mercilessly) without laying into the other. Each and every side will become a target if necessary because I feel it's time to say what many have thought but have never taken the time to say.Second, I'm not going to suffer anyone's negativity. I'm going to say what I have to say and then walk away. If you have negative comments, you'll be ignored...period. I can tolerate differences of opinion and even intense (though not heated) debate but nastiness will harm YOU more than it will ME. That's the bottom line.Third, I'm asking everyone to stand down from arms for just a moment. Just long enough to hear what I have to say and give it consideration. Let it sink in. I've come, not to offer a rant bereft of solutions but a striking portrait of how our common goal means nothing to any of us at present and how it can mean something again and how we can ris... Episode 78: Another Trip Through Time
2007-08-09 07:41:00 Lately, I've been through a lot. Lots of overtime at work, contact lenses, the new PSP (Playstation Portable), walking, talking, performing street magic, doing shows, planning shows. Just name it, and I've probably done it since the last few entries.Throughout it all, I've been jostled around like a lone barrel in the trailer of an 18-wheeled Semi on the bumpiest backroad known to earth. I've vanished and reappeared more than David Blaine at a Criss Angel convention. I've had what I'm not sure are nightmares. They seem like images of a life I'm not entirely sure are mine.Leave it to the cosmos to come up with an open door somewhere. An ex-girlfriend reappeared. She and I have been in contact before and, if I needed answers, I figured I would find them there. After procrastinating long enough, and suffering a severe case of insomnia, I decided to go to her parents' house where she had been staying. 2007-08-03 14:50:00 Starlit MySpace PageOk, I know I'm posting about music or politics or the mundane shit that's happening in this twisted realm of a life sometimes but I think you might like this story.I was doing my normal thing online. You know, checking email, checking the myspace account, looking at blogs, irritating the shit out of some backwater Australian who hasn't learned by now that he's completely inept when trying to engage me in some insult war on a message board...the usual. Being added to Simara Rose's band page is a benefit. Why? Episode 76: Another Protester Arrest
2007-08-02 14:31:00 From what I saw in the video, the claims of him "aggressively" selling his buttons and "getting in people's faces" were all bogus. He clearly conversed only with those who engaged him in conversation and the only ones "aggressively" doing anything was Louise Hamilton. Check out the video first and the article next and ask yourself if this man really posed a danger in the least to society? The most aggressive sales pitch the man had was to the small crowd gathering around him. He asked them all to check out the rest of the Market for themselves and give the others some business.Still, we're asked to endure hundreds of thousands of pop-up ads on the internet and have our computers clog up with adware and we're made to believe that what sales pitches you heard on the video were aggressive...hmmmmmmmm...riiiiiiiiiiiiiii iight. The actual charges in this case were trespassing because he'd been asked not to return to past markets. 2007-08-01 14:19:00 Let's suppose for just one second that your news only came from one source and one source only. Would they be fair and objective still? Would the news media actually ask us to form our own opinions?Starting with a brief history of the internet here. The Pentagon invented it as a form of communication within the military. By the time we got it, it was believed by our federal government and the military that it would be little more than one huge uber-mall. Yep, it would be one of the biggest bastions of the almighty dollar, another monument to consumerism. That, however, was thwarted when your typical high-school nerds learned the language of the computer and found one simple fact; the possibilities were endless.Soon, there were programs geared towards communication. Dude on The Couch had a project idea for one weekend where he and I would just haul off all the crap in the house we didn't need. No lie, we'd go from room-to-room finding shit roomies past had left behind that we couldn't salvage for anything useful and pop it all into the back of a truck and haul it off somewhere to dump it. Great idea! We slated it for a weekend and I'd take whatever I could by night if Dude would do whatever he could by day. Of course, I'd help in the interim until he went to sleep once I woke up. Cool. Problem...Work had me doing overtime which left me going to bed late. I ended up waking up late as well.Dude already had everydamnthing out of the back where we were looking to start. Sprint/Nextel To Customers: Put Up Or Shut Up.
2007-07-13 01:40:00 Sprint Drops 1,000 Customers At The End of JulyLike many times I post anything to my blogs, people, I wish I were joking. If you're a Sprint/Nextel customer, consider changing your service. According to the article, they're dropping 1,000 customers as of the end of July. Thier reasons? These customers complain too much.By evidence of their action, this corporate juggernaut is sending a message to their existing customer base by simply telling them to "Put up or shut up." It was my understanding that when you have unhappy customers, you do whatever is necessary to make them happy in order to keep business. I still remember being told that there are two cardinal rules in the realm of Customer Service. The first is that The Customer Is Always Right. The second is that If The Customer Is Ever Wrong, Refer To The First Rule. In this case, Sprint/Nextel is treating their customer base as though they're a disposable commodity.Well, I have to say this, Sprint customers, Rise up. I've sho...
