Krrish is a Bollywood science fiction superhero film directed by Rakesh Roshan, which released on June 23, 2006. The film is a sequel to Koi... Mil Gaya. It is considered the first major superhero movie to be produced by Bollywood and it takes considerable inspiration from the Hollywood movie Paycheck. The movie stars Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Naseeruddin Shah, Rekha and Preity Zinta in a special appearance. It has been subsequently dubbed in Tamil and Telugu.CastHrithik Roshan ... The excitement is building up to a crescendo, with the big fat Indian wedding fast approaching this Friday. Come Wednesday and the Aishwarya Rai-Abhishek Bachchan wedding celebrations will kick start with the sangeet ceremony at the Bachchans? old home in Juhu Prateeksha. Huge sound-proof, air-conditioned tents have been put up for guests. Close friends of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan will enthral guests with a dance performance on ?Bidi Jalaile? from ?Omkara?. Hrithik Roshan made an unexpected entry , at the promotional party of Khalid Mohammed´s 'Tehzeeb' at New Delhi´s Le Meridien Hotel , which pleasantly surprised the cast of the film as well as the invited guests .Hrithik , who was in New Delhi due to his under-production , Lakshya , heard about the party and decided to surprise his director of , Fiza , Khalid as well as wish him luck for Tehzeeb.Shabana Azmi , Urmila Matondkar , Diana Hayden , actor Arjun Rampal and Rajiv Gupta of Ginni Arts (distributors) were also present at the party.

After the news that Hrithik Roshan had opted out of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra ?s movie Dill i 6 , grapevine now has it that the actor has finally agreed to the role.Mehra sure has had tough time finding a hero for his next movie, which is a semi-autobiographical pic based on his own youth days in Chandni Chowk area of old Delhi.First, Mehra had approached Abhishek Bachchan for the role. But the actor bowed out after a production deal between UTV and AB Corp did not materialize. Then he approached Hrithik, who showed interest in the subject but had some reservations about the script.Seeing Hrithik?s reluctance, Mehra had also approached Akshay Kumar for the part.Now, the latest buzz is that the director had a meeting with Hrithik recently and the two sorted out their differences.
