This time he was busted driving a golf cart in downtown Stockholm, Sweden where he was “pulled over” by police and refused a breathalyzer test. The Peep reports: “He refused to blow in the [breathalyzer] instrument, citing American legislation,” said Holmlund. “So we applied the old method ? a blood test.
