House dumps Transsexuals from ENDA
2007-10-01 17:38:00
As we reported last week, the Senate passed the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes bill. Another version of the measure had already passed the House , so the bill had to be sent back to the House to be approved before heading to President. This however did not work as planned and gay rights groups are pissed. The new version of the bill has protections for the transgendered removed. It goes to the House Education and Labor committee this week. What really seems to have pissed of the gay rights group the most is the person responsible for striping out the protections, none other than Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.). Frank, one of only two out members of Congress, is the lead sponsor of ENDA in the House. On Sunday he tried to quell the dissent, saying removing trans rights was the only way to get the rest of the measure passed. Frank said in his statement that, "One of the problems I have found over the years of discussing this is an unwillingness on the part of many, including leaders in the ...

Chris Crocker Exposed
2007-10-01 06:00:00
As many of you may know, Chris Croc ker is a Internet superstar thanks to his Defense of Britney Spears Video which we reported about last week. Well looks like this kid likes to take his cloths off for the camera as you can see below. >> Click here to view photo Well as you can guess, he has denied that these photos are really him. But honestly, anyone with eyes and 3 points of IQ can see that it is indeed him. Looks like our favorite Internet cry baby is really and Internet whore. Of course I'm one to talk, it don't take a private investigator to find pictures of me with my legs spread wide. What I don't understand is why he won't admit these pictures are of him, I mean really, that is a nice cock.

Is evolution real? Some say no.
2007-09-30 23:06:00
I was surfing around the net as I always do when I'm bored and came upon this funny You Tube Video. As you know, there are many people believe in evolution, you know, people with intelligence. But the people featured in this video say it's fantasy, and they have proof. Boys and Girls, I just can't make this shit up. Behold the stupidity of conservative Americans.

Who is smarter, the left or the right?
2007-09-30 07:24:00
Once again science has confirmed what we already know, liberals and conservatives think differently. Neuroscientists at NYU and UCLA conducted a simple test on college students all along the political spectrum. They were seated in front of computers and given the simple task of pressing a key every time the letter "M" flashed on the screen. Here's the hitch: every once in a while the letter "W" would flash and the subjects were told to not push a key when they saw "W." Both groups recognized the letter "M" accurately. But when that pesky "W" popped up the conservatives just couldn't help themselves and they pushed the key! They simply could not recognize any letter not being "M." They continued to dogmatically stab away at the keyboard not seeing the letter so plainly in front of them. Everyone, of course, was hooked up to electroencephalograms, and liberals EEG's lit up like pinball machines while apprehending and considering all the subtle differences between "M" and "W." They...

Hate Crimes Tacked onto Defense Bill
2007-09-27 18:22:00
It's sad that we still live in a day and age where civil rights bills must be piggy-backed onto other bills just to get them passed. Just moments ago, The Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes bill passed the Senate, setting up a potential battle with a bigoted White House. Another version of the measure has already passed the House. The two versions of the bill must be reconciled before heading to President Bush. Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) tacked the bill onto a Defense spending bill as an amendment to avoid a threatened veto by Bush. The president is desperate to have the spending bill passed and has not said if he would veto the Defense bill to kill the Shepard Act. The Bill is named for Matthew Shepard, a 21-year-old gay college student who was kidnapped, beaten, pistol whipped, lashed to a lonely stretch of fence and left to die alone. Almost 18 hours later, Matthew was found alive but unconscious. His injuries were deemed too severe for surgery and Matthew died October 12. He was mur...

Man buys BBQ and then some.
2007-09-26 22:02:00
I just love to BBQ, don't you? Ah the smell of freshly smoked meat just gets my mouth watering. Many people feel the same as I do, including a North Carolina man who bought a smoker Tuesday at an auction of abandoned items. He might have thought twice had he looked inside first. Police said the man opened up the smoker and saw what he thought was a piece of driftwood wrapped in paper. When he unwrapped it, he found a human leg, cut off 2 to 3 inches above the knee. The smoker had been sold at an auction of items left behind at a storage facility, so investigators contacted the mother and son who had rented the space where the smoker was found. The mother, Peg Steele, explained her son had his leg amputated after a plane crash and kept the leg following the surgery "for religious reasons" she doesn't know much about. Well is that not the sweetest thing you have ever heard? Steele said her son, John Wood, plans to drive to Maiden, about 35 miles northwest of Charlotte, to reclaim h...

Let The Man Speak!!!
2007-09-26 03:30:00
So I’ve been following this whole thing with Ahmadinejad speaking at Columbia and I’m a little confused as to why so much has been made of it. I keep hearing organizations like Fox News or conservative pundits and politicians bitch about what an insult this is and how the University shouldn’t be giving this man legitimacy by letting him speak at the school. But, you know, I just don’t get it. Why are people , liberals included, so damn upset? HES JUST TALKING!!! I understand that Ahmadinejad is a despicable human being. Any educated, moral person, conservative or not, who has heard or read about his ridiculous denials of the holocaust and 9/11 and his ranting about the Jews in Israel could’ve come to that conclusion. But that’s not the argument. This was an opportunity to engage with a controversial world leader and challenge him on his views. Any college or institute of learning worth its salt would have done exactly as Columbia did. They weren’t condoning his beliefs they were ask...

The return of "Must See TV"
2007-09-24 18:37:00
It's premiere week and boy is this TV junkie happy. I simply hate the summer when it's hot as fuck outside and there is nothing on the boob tube inside. There are so many good shows that I can't wait to get back into. But this blog post would go on forever if I mentioned all of them, so here are a few that I consider Must see TV. Monday: They’re back! Heroes returns tonight at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. When last we left our intrepid heroes, cataclysm in the skies over Manhattan appeared to be the doom of the Petrelli brothers, Hiro had dispatched the evil Sylar before being dispatched himself to feudal Japan and Linderman’s brain had gone squish. The show left a few issues unresolved before the summer hiatus arrived. Is Sylar a bug? Are the Petrelli boys vapor? Where did these heroes come from, and what happened to those who came before them? Tuesday: Law & Order SVU is back at 10pm and guest star Cynthia Nixon turns in a powerful performance as a woman with multiple personalities who...

Police Chief Rapes Male Subordinates
2007-09-23 07:45:00
I know many of you have fantasized about a hot cop pulling you over on the side of a dark road and asking you to spread them. Well I have anyway, maybe I'm just a freak. But for all you other freaks out there, you might want to head to Texas. The police chief in a southern Texas town has been fired weeks after he was accused of sexually assaulting two male employees. Jose Luis Vela, 42, was being held in the Hidalgo County Jail on $200,000 bond after his Thursday arraignment on the two felony charges. The city has placed him on paid leave pending the outcome of the case. Investigators have accused Vela of performing oral sex on a male employee after the man passed out drunk at a party about a year ago at Vela's home in Mission. Vela is also accused of violating a different male employee with an object while that man was passed out at a party in July. Well it would have to be some dirty old man wouldn't it? Alton is a town of about 4,400 residents, located 10 miles north of the ...

Parents mad over Kid Nation
2007-09-19 14:02:00
A new reality TV series is causing an uproar and CBS, the network that will air it, is blowing off TV critics. They declined to send them advance copies of its controversial new reality series "Kid Nation ," but screened the episode for hundreds of children in some of the country's biggest TV markets. Reporters from local TV stations, all owned by CBS, then interviewed the kids to promote tonight's series debut on their evening newscasts. Critics have been howling since mid-July about the show, in which the producers found parents willing to take their precocious overachieving moppets, ages 8 to 15, out of school for 40 days to forge their own "society" in a New Mexico movie-set town. Producers may have thwarted child labor laws by calling the production a sort of summer-camp-with-cameras, shooting up to 14 hours a day without the kids' parents present. Reports that four children had accidentally drunk bleach from an unmarked soda bottle didn't sit well with them either, thou...

O.J. Simpson 's is back in jail and may spend up to 30 years in prison is convicted on all charges. 12 years ago a jury of his peers acquitted him for murdering his wife and her friend. Police arrested Simpson on Sunday, saying he was part of an armed group that burst into a Las Vegas hotel room and snatched memorabilia that documented his storied career. Simpson said it was merely a confrontation with no guns. He said autographed sports collectibles, his Hall of Fame certificate, a photograph with former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover and video from his first wedding were all his, and that they were stolen from him and were about to be fenced by unethical collectors. Police said they were not sure who owned the memorabilia. But they say the manner in which the goods were taken was under investigation. After being whisked away in handcuffs, Simpson was booked at the county jail Sunday night on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and...

Have Sex, Get Paid by the Government
2007-09-13 05:44:00
Want to win cash and prices for having sex? The governor of a central Russian province urged couples to skip work on Wednesday and make love instead to help boost Russia's low birth-rate. And if a woman gives birth in exactly nine months time, on Russia's national day on June 12, she will qualify for a prize, perhaps even winning a new home. It doesn't matter if it's a girl or a boy Regional governor Sergei Morozov told employers to contribute to a Kremlin campaign to boost the birth rate by giving couples Wednesday off to have sex. Russia wants to reverse a trend in which the population is shrinking by about 700,000 people a year as births fail to outpace a high death rate boosted by AIDS, alcoholism and suicide. This is the third year Ulyanovsk region, famous as the birthplace of Soviet state founder Vladimir Lenin, has dedicated a day to encouraging couples to produce more babies. Prizes will extend equally to unwed women who produce children on the right day, though the big...

Romney and Dobbs get robbed
2007-09-10 21:09:00
Not since the days of Watergate has presidential candidates been getting robbed so much. The campaign headquarters for Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney was burglarized over the weekend and a television and computers stolen. A campaign spokesman for the former Massachusetts governor described the crime as "a routine burglary" and did not believe it was politically motivated. This incident is the second of its kind, Last month a man was arrested and charged with breaking into a Hartford, Conn., office belonging to Sen. Chris Dodd, who is seeking the Democratic presidential nomination. The person who broke into Dobbs Office was a homeless man, it is unknown at this time who targeted Romney. My only hope is that the files on his computer turn up some where with information on some juicy scandal that I can harp over for months on end. It don't see however that this is likely, as most politicians are professional crooks and know not to leave stuff like that on computers. A ...

Boy raped to make gay and piss off mother
2007-09-05 11:58:00
Want to get back at your X-Wife? How about raping your step son? That will surly make him gay and prevent your X from having any Grand Children. Sound a little far fetched to you? A man in Oregon would disagree, because he was just sentenced Wednesday to 25 years in prison for sexually abusing his stepson to get revenge on the boy's mother. William Gerald Collins, 44, told police he wanted to force his ex-wife's only son into becoming gay so she wouldn't have any grandchildren. He said he wanted to get back at her for asking for a divorce and kicking him out of their house. The Presiding Judge noted that in his 11 years on the bench, he had never had a case in which a person was victimized solely to hurt someone else. As a result, the judge ordered consecutive sentences on several charges after Collins pleaded guilty to six counts of first-degree sodomy and eight counts of first-degree sexual abuse, both Measure 11 crimes with mandatory minimum terms. The least amount of prison...

His arrest occurred June 11. As many of you know he has been denying both being gay and trying to get some action in the boys room. Well boys and girls, we have a treat for you. HIV-positive buried alive
2007-08-28 20:00:00
There are many in the United States that complain about the way HIV-positive people are treated in this country. With the high cost of medical care and discrimination faced at work or with friends it can be pretty scary. But what if your family found out you had HIV and decided to bury you alive? That's what family members of the HIV-positive people in Papua New Guinea are doing, a health worker has claimed. The United Nations has warned that the country is facing an Aids catastrophe. Margaret Marabe, who spent five months working on an HIV/Aids awareness program in the remote Southern Highlands, said she had seen five people being buried alive by relatives, who feared becoming infected. One boy called out "Mama, Mama" as soil was shoveled on his head, said Ms Marabe, who works for a volunteer organization called Igat Hope, pidgin English for "I've got hope". Many people in this small country retain ancient beliefs in the supernatural, have reportedly been blamed for causing the ...

Alberto Gonzales steps down

Attorney General Albert o Gonzales ’ resignation Monday after months of draining controversy drew expressions of relief from Republicans and a vow from Democrats to pursue their investigation into fired federal prosecutors. President Bush, Gonzales’ most dogged defender, told reporters he had accepted the resignation reluctantly. Below is video of his announcement from NBC News. All I can say is good riddance to incompetent rubbish. The president named Paul Clement, the solicitor general, as a temporary replacement. With less than 18 months remaining in office, there was no indication when Bush would name a successor, even if he did the senate is unlikely to confirm one with so little time left. This don't mean we can all sleep well tonight, chances are the temporary replacement is just another Bush Bitch Boy.

Attempted lynching of gay men
2007-08-26 20:26:00
On August 9th, Eighteen men had been arrested in northern Nigeria for alleged sodomy, which carries the death sentence under Bauchi state's Islamic shari'ah law. The men were arrested wearing women's dresses in a hotel where they were alleged to have been planning to attend a gay wedding. Their defense attorney had claimed that they were attending a graduation party, not a gay wedding. The judge in the case reduced the charges from sodomy to wearing women's cloths when it could not be proved that they had sex. This sparked angry demonstrators to attempt to lynch the suspected homosexuals being held in jail on Saturday. The prison chief, Mohammed Nata'ala, was quoted by NAN as saying the unnamed official was injured while preventing the mob from forcing their way into the prison late on Friday. More than a dozen men have been sentenced to death in recent years for alleged homosexuality in that country. In most cases their fate is unknown. Officially the government denies there ...

Will Church and State merge?
2007-08-25 17:01:00
Louisiana College, a 1,000-student school in Pineville, expects to hire a law dean next year and enroll up to 40 students in 2009, eventually building enough capacity to enroll 300 students. The school will seek accreditation from the American Bar Association. What is so Jaded City News worthy about this you ask? The College plans to establish a law school with a "biblical worldview" that aims to train defenders of conservative Christian values. As if Jerry Falwell's Liberty University and Pat Robertson's Regent University don't already do that. The Louisiana College law school will be named for Judge Paul Pressler, a leader in the conservative takeover of the Southern Baptist Convention over the last few decades. Louisiana College, founded in 1906, is run by trustees chosen by the Louisiana Baptist Convention and requires faculty members accept Christ as their savior. Well it seems the Conservatives are raising an army for what is sure to be a full scale war on secular society...

And that’s how feel about the TV News.
2007-08-23 21:06:00
A man was charged with assaulting his mother - a 79 YO Philadelphia Common Pleas judge, and when a female reporter went to his home for comment, he flashed her. Police said Judge Lisa Richette was assaulted Tuesday by her son, 48-year-old Lawrence Richette, in a domestic dispute at the judge's home. The judge received treatment of a cut above her eye at Jefferson Hospital. It required four stitches. When a reporter went to Lawrence Richette's home Wednesday afternoon, he opened the door in a robe, asked if the cameras were rolling and flashed the female reporter and a photojournalist for a few seconds. He closed his robe and said, "That's what I think of TV news." Not that looking at naked fat men turns me on, but this was some funny shit. Something to keep in mind if you ever want to get rid of the press. Oh the joy of local news.
