Report is out that Amy Winehouse won’t be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards, or anywhere else in the United States anytime soon.The British retro-soul singer was to perform at the Sept. 9 event in Las Vegas, but her U.S. record label, Universal Republic Records, said Wednesday that all U.S. appearances have been canceled “in a continued effort to support Amy Winehouse’s well-being.” It is the latest setback for the gifted but troubled Amy who is only 23. Not really…..Ben Affleck and Kris Kristofferson are joining the all-star cast of the ensemble comedy “He’s Just Not That Into You.” And what a cast ! Already on board are Jennifer Aniston , Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Connelly, Bradley Cooper, Kevin Connolly, Justin Long, Ginnifer Goodwin and Drew Barrymore, who is also producing. What’s even more interesting, the film’s interconnecting story arcs deal with the challenges of reading or misreading human behavior. Affleck will play Aniston’s boyfriend, a man whose unwillingness to commit to marriage puts great strain on their relationship. Well this seems boring and overplayed….. Still we will go see it.
