After his appearance on stage at the Las Vegas Convention, Brannon Braga took the time to sit down with TrekMovie and reply to the comments and rants of its readers from the original article posted on his stage appearance. Check it out here.Both this and the previous article are some really good lengthy reads. There's some great info never before revealed and Braga speaks candidly on the mistakes that he made. And it's nice to see Braga and his detractors go head-to-head.

Brannon Braga Speaks At VegasCon

Brannon Braga took to the stage at this year's Creation Las Vegas Star Trek Convention, which he called a ‘nostalgic experience.’ for him. Braga invited to fans to ask him questions and get whatever they wanted off their chests."I wanted to stop by to say hi to you guys and to ask any last lingering questions you had. This may be the last one I do so this is your chance to get out your final gripes and questions."Braga was asked if he had any regrets and what he would do differently."I honestly have to say that creatively probably nothing. There are certain episodes that are really stinky that I wish I hadn’t done, but how can I go back and change that. Enterprise Direct to DVD Petition

In case you haven't signed it already, here's a link to Enterprise Dire ct to DVD Petition . Currently, the petition is up to 16820 signatures.I've been in favor of this sort of thing since the series was first cancelled. Even then I almost preferred a television movie, DVD movie, or mini-series over a fifth season. This way they can make something truly epic and cinematic. A Romulan Wars movie... Oh, the joy it would bring to me. Talk about a gap it would fill in the Enterprise legacy, as well as Star Trek's legacy in general. I think I could die a happy man if that happened.Paramount's direct to DVD division is a huge boost of hope for making this a reality. Come to think of it, this petition could ride on the (let's hope) success of Star Trek XI.

What is the best thing a Star Trek: Enterprise fan can do to help the Save Enterprise project? Buy the show, of course! Currently, there are no less than FOUR different ways purchase the series. They are: DVD, Amazon Unbox, Xbox Live Video Marketplace and iTunes. Now, if you're a Trekkie(er) and are reading a Save Enterprise blog, you most likely already own the DVD's. But that still leaves THREE other avenues to purchase the series and help our cause. Do them all, I say! Having already purchased all four seasons on DVD, I'm currently in the process of re-purchasing Enterprise on the Xbox Live Video Marketplace (in HD, no less) and am up to 'Dead Stop' in Season 2.Think of it. You could end up spending $1000 on Star Trek: Enterprise TOTAL! Doesn't that make you feel... err... happy? =)
