Music star GWEN STEFANI is letting her fans smell like the pop icon after she signed on to develop her own signature fragrance. The singer announced on Wednesday (06DEC06) she had signed a global licensing deal with cosmetic brand Coty to develop and market a line of fragrances for her fashion and accessories brand L.A.M.B. The first project, an as-yet-unnamed women’s fragrance, is planned for autumn 2007. Stefani joins the ranks of other celebrities with their own scents, including SARAH JESSICA PARKER, Hilary Duff, PARIS HILTON and JENNIFER LOPEZ. In addition to her singing duties and designing clothing for her three-year-old fashion label L.A.M.B, she has also moved into accessories, having just released a new handbag line, in addition to designing watches and sneakers.

The pair have just returned from a 13-day honeymoon in the Maldives aboard the luxury yacht Arctic P. Gwen Stefani has said that she would like to put things back together with her band, No Doubt.  And she’s willing to place her blossoming solo career on hold to do so. Stefani  put out her second solo album called “the sweet escape” in 2006  in December world wide and she has already begun to work with Pharrell, Tony Kanal and Akon on a few featured tracks.  In addition to the new album, a DVD release of her recent tour, entitled “Harajuku Lovers Live“, will be released along with The Sweet Escape. The DVD will be available in two versions: explicit and edited and will include the unreleased video for “Serious“. Along with the announcement of her upcoming album and DVD release in late 2006, Stefani announced on her website recently that she will be embarking on an international tour starting in April 2007. Supermodel Kate Moss has made her London stage debut, as part of a comedy benefit. Moss took part in the Hammersmith Apollo’s imitation of the popular BBC comedy, “Little Britain,”. The Daily Mail reported Moss took to the stage without a problem. Moss, whose romantic relationship with singer Pete Doherty has been mired in controversy, was convinced to take on the role by “Little Britain” star David Williams. “I’ve known Kate socially for a little while and she and Pete came to our show one night and liked it,” said Williams. “So we thought, let’s be cheeky and see if we can convince her, and she was up for it. “The thing about Kate is that she’s funny in her own right so we think it’ll be brilliant,” he added. The 33-year-old conjurer was locked into a harness and secured spread-eagle at the centre of three concentric metal rings, which allow the gyroscope to tilt in any direction, before being lifted 15 metres (50 feet) into the air. Over at Gawker, they are reporting that Rich ards has recently been accused of even more racy and edgy jokes - gone bad. Two LA residents have said that Richards attacked them verbally at an L.A. Club. Carol Oschin and J.P. Fillet say that they had to sit through the attack of a man in the audience that started to heckle Richards. The jokes center around some Mel-Gibson style comments such as: ” You f***ing Jew. You people are the cause of Jesus dying. ” — Now obviously this guy has some thinking that he needs to do before coming back into the limelight.  Of course these allegations are completely disgusting if they are true.  I’m not sure that anyone really needs any convincing that these are possibly true, however.
