ARCADE FIRE - ARCADE FIRE TO PRODUCE SOUNDTRACK TO CAMERON DIAZ FILM

ARCADE FIRE have been signed up to produce the soundtrack to Richard Kelly's latest film. The DONNIE DARKO director is currently working on THE BOX, which stars CAMERON DIAZ and JAMES MARSDEN. For the soundtrack, the band will work with producer Markus Dravs who was involved with COLDPLAY's latest offering VIVA LA VIDA OR DEATH AND ALL HIS FRIENDS. The group's involvement with the film had been kept under wraps until Markus revealed all on the internet. A statement on his website reads: "Having finished COLDPLAY's forthcoming album 'Viva La Vida' - now off to Canada to work with ARCADE FIRE on a soundtrack for the forthcoming Richard Kelly film." THE BOX is currently being edited and will be released later this year, reports Angry Ape. Diaz: 'I Get Better With Age'

Cameron Diaz is sure she'll never need cosmetic surgery, because she is getting better looking with age. The actress admits she had a "little work on my nose" after she smashed it surfing in 2005, but insists that's the first and last time she will have surgery to alter her looks. The 35-year-old tells Cosmopolitan magazine, "I'd never do anything else. I think beauty comes from the inside. "I feel I get better with age ... I look at pictures of myself when I was 21 and think, 'Wow, I didn't look so bad.' But I take more care of myself now, so in a way I feel like I look better than I did then ... I feel stronger and more confident." But Diaz confesses she still suffers outbreaks of acne, something that has affected her since childhood: "Sometimes I'll look in the mirror and be like, 'Damn, where did that come from?' Seriously! I'm 35 years old. When is this going to stop?!"

Hollywood star Cameron Diaz refuses to be phased by her advancing years - insisting she looks and feels better now than she ever has. The blonde beauty, who shot to fame aged 22 after starring in 1994 movie 'The Mask', doesn't consider her age a problem, because she takes better care of herself now than when she was young. Although the 'Charlie's Angel' star admits to looking longingly at photographs of her as a young woman, she insists turning 35 last August was a positive experience.  She tells Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine: "I'm enjoying it (being 35). I feel better with age. I mean, sure, I look at pictures of myself when I was 21 and think, 'Wow, I didn't look so bad.' "But I take more care of myself now, so in a way I feel like I look better than I did then. I feel good about myself now."

Cameron, 35, and her family, mother Billie, and sister Chimene, held an informal service, at Seal Beach, California earlier this month, which was attended by ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake and another former boyfriend, singer-songwriter John Mayer, who Diaz dated earlier this year. Afterwards, it seemed she would be hiding away for sometime. She announced she was tired of Los Angeles and was moving to New York. But bravely she has come out and faced the cameras - no mean feat - at the LA premiere of her new movie with Ashton Kutcher, What Happens In Vegas. And didn't she look fab in her tight red minidress. Emilio Diaz, 58, died of pneumonia Tuesday morning. On Wednesday, Cameron, 35, thanked everyone for their condolences in a message that read: "His humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts." And in keeping with that exuberant Diaz family spirit, guests arrived at the memorial service at Mahe in Seal Beach in non-traditional garb. "Most people started arriving at 1:30 and hardly no one wore black," says a source."Lots of people were wearing Hawaiian shirts. It looked more like a party." As her current project “My Sister’s Keeper” continues filming, we are getting to see more and more of Cameron Diaz . She was spotted on the Los Angeles set yesterday, shooting scenes on the beach along with co-star Jason Patric.  In between takes, the “Charlie’s Angels” actress seemed to prefer keeping her fair skin out of the sun, and opted to chat and goof around with the cast and crew. At one point, the scene called for a passionate moment between Diaz and Patric’s characters, and they responded like champs, rolling around on the beach blanket looking steamy. Unfortunately, “My Sister’s Keeper” doesn’t come out until next year, so we’ll have to wait awhile to see the finished product.
