Tanda-tanda alam terkait dengan peningkatan status Gunung Kelud di kabupaten Kediri dari siaga menjadi awas sejak Selasa (16/10), benar-benar dirasakan oleh warga Dusun Gombong Desa Magersari kecamatan Ngantang kabupaten Malang. Tanda-tanda alam tersebut adalah banyaknya hewan liar dari lereng Gunung Kelud turun ke perkampungan sejak dua hari yang lalu (16/10). Dusun Gombong merupakan dusun yang paling dekat dengan gunung Kelud untuk wilayah kabupaten Malang dengan jarak sekitar 10 km. Ini gunung yang bener² pegunungan yang pertama kali saya tapaki, Gunung Merbabu. Gunung Merbabu sendiri terletak di di Kabupaten Magelang, Boyolali-Jawa Tengah.
