E-Commerce Software
2007-10-23 06:54:00 I've found another great ecommerce software product on the internet.www.ashop.com.au is run by Ashop and is a terrific choice for people that use "online shopping cart" websites as this website has an easy to use interface and benefits the buyer and the seller. As soon as you type in the website url and go to it, you will find the 10 day free trial that they offer, just so that you can get acquainted with the software. It runs all inside of your broswer so there is no extra software to download or configure. This is great for people on-the-go that dont have access to their home PC!The cost is very effective for all of the bonus features you get. The lowest feature is 39.95 but the amount of stuff you get included with that is incredible! This shopping cart software is something you will NOT want to miss!!This is a sponsored Post!Brad ecommerce software More About: Software , Commerce , E-Commerce
Do you make this MISTAKE?
2007-10-22 23:18:00 Have you ever considered (Or have) music on your BLOG?This post is going to tell you why that is NOT a good idea. It will list the top three reasons why it can discourage readers from your website.Reason 1: Everyone listens to music differently and has different views about what they like and what they don't like. Lets say you like Emo/Screamo Music and all of your readers don't, nobody will like coming to your website because they don't like hearing that type of music.Reason 2: Music takes away from what you are trying to convey, or prove. If you have music on your blog, people will look for the player to turn it off as it may distract them. Therefore they spend valuable time that they COULD of been reading your blog, but instead had to look for the "Stop" button.Reason 3: Unless your blog is about music, how is it relevant to what your blog is about? If your playing Paradise City - Guns and Roses while your talking about how to bake a perfect cake..Isn't that just plain weird?... More About: Free Music , Make , Mista

A way to decrease blog value
2007-10-21 16:09:00 Have you ever been on a blog and have seen the "Buy me a coffee" or other items (beer, doritos, etc)? If the answer is yes, have you ever actually donated to the blog? I've seen them countless times, but they just don't look good on other people's blog. This "Widget" just shows the webmaster's greed for money. They already have different options of making money (sponsored posts, adsense, widgetbucks, etc) but they are asking for a donation for their blog posts? If thats not greedy, I don't know what is.Every webmaster likes to make money, but can you take things a little too far? More About: Money , Blog
Google Adsense Inside Videos?
2007-10-20 22:23:00 Hello everyone!Sorry we did not post on the blog on the 19th, we were updating the NEW look of the website! This post is about Google adsense's new advertising, which is in the form of Youtube Videos .The official post by Google adsense is available here and tells you all about their new product.Instead of actually reading it though, I'll summarize it.You start out with Google adsense and navigate your way (By selecting an image ad) to youtube.com and log in with your youtube account. After doing so, you need to verify your adsense account and submit your email, phone number, and postal code. Then you will be taken to an "Adsense Video Player Creator" and you can choose different options (eg, the colour, size)Then you publish the code and select your movie. The player looks like this:It looks very slick, but I think that if you were trying to watch a video, the ads would get in the way of the video. Nonetheless, it still looks great and is another way to MAKE MONEY! However, I'm n... More About: Google Adsense , Inside
Blogspot VS Wordpress
2007-10-18 22:09:00 Welcome to the post where we will compare Blogger and Wordpress . We will start with blogger and then finish with wordpress! We will be looking at 4 things to compare the two.1 - Functionality (How easy is it to get started?)2 - Customization (How can I make my blog unique?)3 - Advertising (Does the blog service allow ads?)4 - Cost (How much money do I have to fess up for these services?)The scores will be at the bottom, every category is worth 100 blog pointsThe first point... Functionality:Both of the blog services are very simple to get started with.Blogger is owned and run by Google. So, to increase their user count, they require you to have a Google account to access this service. This basically means that you need to go and sign up for a g-mail account.Once you have a gmail account, you must go to blogger (again) and sign up for the blogger service. They want to know your blog title, domain name, and other assorted things. Once you have completed the sign-up...you have a blog!!B... More About: Blogspot

Unique Blog Advertising
2007-10-16 13:30:00 Everyone knows about the concept of blogging. But how would you like to blog for money? If so, keep reading this post!Smorty is a unique blog advertising program. Advertisers pay bloggers to create a post about their products. When the blogger is done their post, they will submit it using Smorty. Smorty then takes the post and sends the link to the advertiser, where they review the bloggers post and can either Approve it or Deny it. When it gets approved, the advertiser will pay Smorty the specified amount and the blogger gets paid. This program benefits advertisers in many ways! For starters, they get to advertise on blogs for the price that THEY specify. They receive no hidden costs as they start the campaign with the allotted money. Another exceptional feature for advertisers is that they have their content read by hundreds of people that read the selected blog daily. 5 Ways To Increase Readership
2007-10-14 16:12:00 Don't you hate when you have blogged about something, but no one takes the time to read it?Well, I've developed these 5 ways to increase readers to your blog..If you follow them, you should have a larger audience than before. They are original and are not taken from any other website!!Be Short and Concise - No one likes a large blog post, because most readers are lazy and like one to two sentence paragraphsMake a noticeable "Subscribe" button - If readers cant find out where your subscribe button is, how will they subscribe?Blog about something new - We all like a fresh topic (instead of a 1000 timed blogged story about how to make money on the internet.)Be creative with your posts, Pictures at the start will make readers want to see what comes after the picture (Ex. A cheeseburger if your talking about mcdonalds)Label your posts with GENERIC labels so that you can classify them accordingly (Instead of Youtube Video Crazy Guy label it like this: Youtube Video)Good luck with this g...

2007-10-10 00:00:00 The Daily Rambler started September 9th and has been delivering quality content every day (Excluding 25-27th as I was on a mandatory holiday and had no access to a computer.) The moderators are Brad and Luke. Luke is very skilled in HTML code and helps to develop the site. Brad updates the blog however with posts. Its now October 9th and we've been active for 30 days! Its now October 9th and we have good news and not so bad news. The good news is that The Daily Rambler has had 1,823 visitors look at the site since it started. The not so bad news is that when we upgraded our template, we forgot to add the Statcounter to the HTML and have no stats for Today (The 9th) and limited stats for Yesterday (The 8th) as we changed the template in the afternoon. We hope you enjoy our October posts as much as we will.Brad More About: Blog , Month , Mont
*BLOG* Bloggerwave
2007-10-08 21:04:00 Bloggerwave is a "get paid to blog" service that was started not too long ago. It is maintained by Ulrik Svane Thomsen and the website is currently upgrading to PHP. This service has just payed me for the blog posts that I have done.I emailed Ulrik concerning my money that was owed and we settled it in less than an hour. The customer service is amazing!! I was very suprised at how fast he was at responding..Most services take days (if not weeks) to respond.Bloggerwave is not a scam, they just have a lot on their plate right now so payments are delayed. If you have a bloggerwave account and would like to contact him, email him at ust(At)bloggerwave.comSo if your a just starting a blog, be sure to check out this amazing service. This is NOT a sponsored review and I am receiving NO money for this. It just a recommendation for all bloggers alike.Brad More About: Blog
*BLOG* Advertisements
2007-10-08 18:34:00 Aren't things like Payperpost, Sponsoredreviews, Smorty, Blog gerwave, and other "Paid to Blog" things terrific? Advertisers pay people to blog about their products and services. These advertisements are called, "opportunities" and are available to anyone that falls under the general category that they specify. Once they approve your post...they will pay you! This post is going to be about how to choose SELECTIVE advertising instead of choosing every opportunity they throw at you and blogging about it. Taking every opportunity and posting them, instead of your quality content posts decreases readership, makes it look terrible, and looses subscribers. This process is also known as "Blog Whoring" which probably gets its name from blogs accepting offers from EVERY advertiser. In my opinion, I think you should have 3:1 ratio for your posts and advertisements. Though the advertisements pay you, no one wants to read about how we can buy roses in Siberia, Find sex partners, or find books at ... More About: Advertisements , Vert

How NOT to make money on the Internet
2007-10-07 14:25:00 I'm sure you've all heard about the "Inboxdollars" and "Paid Surveys"...They are the worst ways to make money. They site hardly gives you any surveys to begin with and then when you get one, they take FOREVER to finish. Its a waste of time, its better to make something that has alot of quality inside of it than just doing surveys.---- Even the logo is a little creepy!! A crate sitting in money...The other things that make you LITTLE TO NO money is the Cashcrate scams. They make you sign up for spam mail and you get .40 cents! YAY! ZOMFG! THATS LIKE 8 NICKEL CANDIES!Too bad the payout is a $10.00. Its just useless for the amount of time you spend doing stuff like that.If you don't do any of those and make a quality blog instead...Your going to do well.Brad More About: Internet , Money , Make Money , Make , The Internet
Earning Money Using Uploaded Videos
2007-10-06 18:20:00 What a week this has been so far...You've learned how to create a good blog that has a good amount of traffic and now your going to learn how to make money from videoes that you upload!Let me introduce: RevverIt is a video site just like youtube, only you get paid to upload them. If you have a popular video, then advertisers will bid on your video to insert their ad at the end of your movie. So lets say you have a video that is 3:02 minutes long, the advertiser would insert their ad at 3:03. Revver splits the profit with you 50/50!! Also, If you share a video, you get 20% of the earnings!!If you upload a lot of home made videos, then check it out because you could be making some money! The only thing they don't allow is COPYRIGHTED materials. I tried to upload a video that i made..when i recorded myself beating a game and they rejected it.I'm not exactly sure how much money you make, but its better than youtube..which gives you $0.00Brad More About: Videos , Money , Loaded , Uploaded , Earning

This is the last post for the *BLOG* Series...But there will be other items of use to you if you tune in later! This post is all about making money using a Blog .There are very many ways you could do this! But first, lets create a PAYPAL account! Simply go to the website, and fill in your account details, but it is not necessary to register your account with a credit card. Once you have done that, your good to go!Now, we will start off with the first way to make money. Google Adsense. This handy bit of HTML code allows you to display different advertisements hosted by Google. You can set it so that you get money every time a person clicks on one, or every 1000 times its displayed. Personally I wouldn't use this as the amount of money a newly starting blog would make from this would be little to none. Its best to wait until you have a good amount of readers!!Next up we have sponsored Reviews! These are basicly what the name says...You sign up for different services and ... Submit your blog to as MANY as you can..Then there is more of a chance that people will see it and want to go to it.Now that you've submitted your blog to directories..You might want to go to google and yahoo and add your URL to their index so people can search your blog name and get a result.
