It seems as though, through mysterious circumstances: we are losing water!! Yes its true, the great lakes water levels are dropping at astounding levels. Experts speculate that the dropping water levels are due to global warming, the erosion of drainholes (causing more water to be leaving the lakes), less ice in the winter, droughts, etc. Not only is the water level dropping but there are also huge amounts of prairie grasses and cattails moving in, which decreases the amount of open water.Ok really we have seen what global warming is doing, so why aren't we doing anything about it? Humans in general are just going to keep using their coal powered dishwashers*, driving their 1/2 tonne truck that runs on unfiltered oil, and spraying aerosol cans into the air for no reason, until lo-and -behold: we have no water. Ok this is just what I heard, but many other have probably heard about it as well. Apparently Mcdonalds doesn't actually use 100% beef patties (reffering to the amount of beef in their patties) rather the company that actually makes the patties is called 100% beef. In my books that is a pretty deep cover-up to make sure that nobody knows that your burgers are made out of rejected circus animals. Just something to keep in the back of your head the next time you think about eating a McDonalds Big Mac, is it really 100% beef, or just some unlucky giraffe who didn't make the cut? Who knows.
