All vamps know how to bite. But only some vamps know how to make it feelgood. It takes a certain type of skill to bite in such a way that your deluded victims just can't wait for more. The question is, out of the vamps we've featured, who would you like prefer to be sinking their teeth into your neck? Queen Akasha was certainly a real sexy vamp, if a little cold blooded and kinda devious to boot. Damaskinos really liked to live in the lapo of luxury. Blood comes first, table manners second we figure. Nyssa is a real diva in our books; sultry and fine. Certainly not given to any loss of dignity. The choice is yours - choose wisely. What is reeeally cool is how we see Mast er D (Dracula to most folk) portrayed in various motion pictures and how you can see the influence of the times takes its place. In 'Blade Trinity' the directors opted for the chisled features and solid frame of Dominic Purcell who, it has to be said, did a grand job (although in our humble opinion Blade Trinity happened to be the worst of the trilogy). In mainstream movie world, these days if you wanna be taken as a true vamp you gotta be fit, strong and fast. You aint neccesarily gotta be able to fly but you gotta be able to jump reeeeeeal far, or reeeeeeal high. Gone are the dark cloaks and clothes of the not too distant past, the vamp nation doesn't need to skulk in the shadows anymore, we gotta blend in, look sharp and move in style. If only the same could be said about poor Jonathan who is clearly in need of immediate stress reduction counselling following his exploits.Blade wins 1 point.Fighting SkillsTrained in several martial arts disciplines plus armed to the teeth with some heavy artillary, Blade packs some serious punch when it comes to combat. Unfortunately for Harker Drac's nifty choke lock proved too much during their first real clash and the poor chap never really recovered from the experience. Stabbed Woman is Serious but StableA 233 year old woman was found with a serious chest wound last Saturday (Sept 1). Police are appealing for information after they discovered the stabbed woman in Hoxwich Cemetary at around 8.00am. Crime Rates Soar as More Vamps TargetedMPs in the U.K are being called in to join the fight against vamp discrimination at a meeting taking place tomorrow (sat).The Vamp League will express concerns regarding the rising incidents of violent crime towards vamps. Chairman Count Vladimar Smith has been attending meetings in London where they have been preparing to present evidence to the Government on vamp discrimination. Count Smith said: "The Vamp League will constantly strive to fight the unacceptable face of vampism and improve the quality of life for all vamps. Levels of violence and abuse towards vamps have soared in recent years and the Government now need to show that they are either with us or against us. In our opinion if they're against us then they are against equality."Vamps will be able to join representatives from the Vamp League and give their views on the ideas for improvements.
