Changing my mind

As you all know, I'm very good with decisions. Something which has been bugging me for the past year or so is what am I going to do with my summer. Not in the sense "I'm gonna be bored - how to fill it" but more in the sense "What to choose?" I have several options offered to me right now. The first, and my favorite one, going to California for the summer to work. That one would be awesome. Only problem, I must be accepted for the project & I won't know until 2 weeks from now. One of my professors is giving me the final piece for my application, a reference letter. The second option is take classes non stop throughout the entire summer. At times I do think this is a great idea, at others I feel not so much. It's a love/hate thing I'm feeling for summer classes. It's giving me the opportunity to advance myself in my studies, but at the same time, I'm afraid I'll get just discourage with all this school, and I won't be ready in September. Not only have a seen the Spice Girls reunion tour twice, I am now going to have a close encounter with a Spice Girl for a 4th time (remember, I partied with Mel B.) Humm, you know when your just feeling so many things at the same time that it makes you just become numb? Well, I'm feeling like this. I'm starting to feel nothing is going to happen out of this summer. I also realized one of my team projects which got handed in late may possibly not even be graded, meaning I would have to re-do the class. I just don't see the end of school even with me taking summer classes. I dunno, it's just a mix of things. I though my semester went well but in fact it seems like crap-tastic. Well sorta. Hey guys.I'll make this post another very quick one. I am studying for my Direct Response Marketing class, which the final is tomorrow. I'm pretty confident about this one. It's the final week of school starting today! Hehe, it all went by so fast. It seems like I had time to do nothing, when in fact, I've had well over 12 weeks. Ah, well it's always like this. Hehe, today was the day. The day I was inside learning about the basics of Corporate finance & the day hundreds came out to the Brown's shoe store to attend Paris Hilton 's launch of her new collection! You know during my 20 minutes break, I just had to run to check out the commotion. There was tons of people on St-Catherine. Photogs were lined up with fans. Eug, I've been such a train wreck these days. All I've been doing is studying and working of papers until ridiculous hours. During end of semester time, it's 24 hours! Only crappy thing about the 24 hour library is your most likely going to fall asleep since they don't allow coffee. Yes, it has happen to me, and yes it probably will happen again. Ahhh, tomorrow is my second Oral presentation. It's my final one for this semester, which is a relief, but still, I'm starting to stress out. We all know how the other one went. Hehe,Today was the "Course populaire de LaSalle" which basically is a friendly marathon. For those of you who do their homework (i.e. read funisdead everyday), you know already about my nervousness going into this marathon being I have never ran 10Km. Well I did it, in 49.20. OMG! O.M.G. I just compiled all my questions for my Marketing research class. Let me break it down for you. It's a Market research. Our final paper involves us creating a survey, passing it around, compiling the results and analyzing the data. Thing is, we're doing cross-tabulation (i.e comparing two question's results - here are the results for guys, here are the results for girls). Not only did I have to count my 30 surveys for the basic answers, I just had to go through 150 surveys (150 total for the team) to find cross tabs. OMG, I don't ever want to see a single sheet of paper in my entire life. If ever I must conduct market research in the future, it's all online or all in focus groups (even thought they are less representative in many cases). It literally took me two hours. Eug, I'm thinking I need to have a complete day off sometime soon. It would be wonderful. It's been about two weeks now that I'm just tired perpetually. Like I'm always a bit tired, but this time it's intense. I've been doing a shitty job going to the gym in order to sleeping a bit more, but even then it's not helping. I dunno what I have, I'm guessing it's just being under the weather. Everyone goes through seasonal depression due to the lack of sun light at this time of year, I think I must be feeling it now. As I was watching the American Primaries, I was thrilled to view as Hillary Clinton got her campaign back on track and won 3 of the 4 states up for grabs tonight!!! Texas & Ohio were the two which gave the most candidates, and Rhode Island. She only lost Vermont, which was something to be expected. Ok, you can tell I'm a Clinton supporter. Delegate-rich Texas and Ohio were considered must-wins for her campaign. Obama, who claimed victory in Vermont, had won 12 straight contests since Super Tuesday on February 5. Texas also held Democratic caucuses Tuesday, but it was too close to declare a winner. Hehe, I went to the gym twice today!!! Being extra healthy! (just forget the hot chocolate I took to wake myself up this morning). Basically what happen is I got home around 4, had some time to kill, decided to go running at the gym. Then tonight, it was planned that I would be going with Magda as well. Today is a very sad day in the history of music. It's the official date where the Spice Girls split up for good. It took 10 years for this reunion to happen, and now they will never be on stage again (sadly). Well the tour was amazing, the greatest hits album is awesome & they are going to release a DVD of the show later this year. Sorry I've been pretty shitty on the posts lately. I'm just getting all worked up for my Economics exam today. So far, my semester has been ok. I just got my grade back for my Finance exam, 74%. It's a B. I thought I was going to get better though. I ended the exam within an hour and a half (on a two hour time), had time to review & redo all the calculations. Well, I'm happy about it because all my mistakes were in the multiple choice questions except one. I consider this being as I know the stuff, I got my problems right, just the "by-heart" stuff I need to work on for the final.
