A Lack of sleep may be contributing to the current over-weight and obesity. The studies show that the less children slept, the more likely they were to be over-weight. The children classified as under-weight slept 13 minutes more than average; normal-weight children slept three minutes more than overage; over-weight children slept four minutes less than average; and obese children slept six minutes less than average (Studies of Professor Olds ? an exercise scientist from the University of South Australia). Therefore, the difference between underweight and obese children's sleep is 19 minutes. It would amount to 115 hours or about 14 extra nights of sleep in the year.

Mohamed Idris said studies conducted abroad revealed that melamine tableware contained substances that were hazardous to health. ?Many are not aware that melamine melts when exposed to high temperatures, causing parts of the substance to enter our body along with the food. ?Regular ingestion of melamine can lead to cancer, skin allergies and blindness,? he said at a press conference here. In our life, we sometimes have a hard time and it sometimes is about money. At that point of time, we really need some fast cash to deal our problems that we have to face to, but it is not always we can borrow money from someone even we are willing to pay the interest. Regular consumption of wholegrain breakfast cereal substantially reduces the risk of heart failure, researchers found. A US study found men who consumed two to six weekly servings of wholegrain breakfast cereals had a 21% reduced risk of heart failure compared to those who never ate them, after adjusting for age, smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise level and heart disease history.
