Hypocrites. Yes, lawmakers are the worst ones. Well, at least the ones who break laws – particularly ones that helped those laws get passed!But apparently, former NSW Aboriginal Affairs Minister Milton Orkopoulos is currently on trial on child sex and drug charges in the Newcastle District Court. But the interesting part is the fact that he admitted being a public and private lawbreaker and he used and supplied illegal drugs and broke a law he helped pass.Orkopoulos, during questioning, was forced to agree, as an MP, that he had helped pass the child pornography laws under which he presently stood charged.Prosecutor Helen Wilson, asked “Is that another example of you publicly being one of our state’s lawmakers and privately being a lawbreaker?”In which Orkopoulos replied, “If you put it that way, yes.”I know we’re all human beings and no one is perfect, but this just backs up my theory that everyone is a hypocrite.And the case continues…
