Análisis de Batman Begins

Las películas de superhéroes en su mayoría, son adaptaciones de cómics - uno de las pocas excepciones es la emocionante y película de M. Night Shyamalan Unbreakable-, y por tanto sus responsables creen inevitable el vasallaje que supone explicar el nacimiento y forja del héroe en cuestión. Pero en éstos pasajes explicativos se olvidan de lo más importante: el hombre detrás del héroe, el que le da vida y sentido. Batman begins consigue el milagro que la gran mayoría no puede alcanzar: hacer humano al héroe, dotarle de carne, de sangre y de hueso. La creciente popularidad de ésta película, que no obtuvo en principio la aceptación y el renombre de las que pergueñó en los 90 Tim Burton, no ha hecho más que crecer a medida que los años la alejaban en el tiempo. 20th Century Fox has released two new photos from the X-Files sequel, X-Files : I Want to Believe.These photos like the last batch contain huge plot spoilers (off screen, of course). The photo above of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully takes place in a vatican church after they just discovered that the Pope is actually an alien from another planet, who when shot turns into a werewolf. The photo below shows Mulder and Scully in the office looking towards the door because a four legged man eating fish is breaking through. Someone needs to tell director Chris Carter to stop releasing all these spoilers. Indiana Jones y el Reino de la Calavera de Cristal . 3 son las fotos que nos han llegado esta vez. La primera es la que inicia el post. Vemos a Indy con su ¿hijo?, -¡digo Mutt Williams!- en unas ¿catacumbas?. Habrá que esperar hasta el 22 de Mayo para saber qué es lo que realmente hay entre estos 2 (y no me seais ?mal pensados?, me refiero a lazos familiares). I've been thinking about this topic for a couple of weeks, but just haven't gotten around to writing about it until now. Bueno, pues ya ha salido a la luz el cartel oficial de la película ?The Incredible Hulk ?. Una película que puede quitar el mal sabor de boca que dejó a algunos la anterior incursión del personaje en el cine a manos del director Ang Lee. Aunque dicha película parece que tiene a la gente dividida a favor y en contra. A mí personalmente no me desagrada este poster. Nos muestra la dualidad del personaje, esa especie de Dr. Jeckyll y Mr. Hyde que tanto han destacado como la marca de la casa del personaje a la hora de hablar sobre él. Ver a Edward Norton como una persona del montón, tirando a flacucho, casi imitando a Bill Bixby en la serie de los 80´s con su mochila, (tal y como es el Dr. Banner en su versión de papel) y detrás suyo la mole esmeralda en la que se convertirá es algo que puede dejar a más de uno con ganas de ver la película. El pasado fin de semana surgió un rumor sobre la posibilidad de una cuarta entrega de Austin Powers .Todo surgió porque en el Boston Globe, donde el pasada sábado afirmaban que ya existía un primer boceto de guión y que la modelo brasileña Gisele Bündchen podría ser la actriz principal de esta nueva secuela. Si es cierto, se trata de una gran noticia para los amantes de esta caricatura de espía. Aunque personalmente, preferiría que Mike Myers se centrase en desarrollar nuevos proyectos, nuevas facetas. Early Iron Man Reviews Promising

There have been a couple of early screenings of Iron Man in places like Australia and Mexico and early reports of the film are starting to trickle in (I?m hoping to see it next week! YAY!) So far, all the feedback seems to be positive. However, don?t get yourself too excited? much of that feedback is coming from the AICN boards which are ripe with fakes, over hyped fan boys and other stuff. (I like the stuff the actual AICN guys do, but the boards are a cesspool with misinformation and fakes). Still, regardless of how reliable these types of early quotes are, it?s still much better to hear positive questionable crap? than negative questionable crap. So chalk this one up as another (minor) reason to be excited about the May 2nd release of the film. It looks like the live action adaptations of cartoons are going to continue with Ghost In The Shell . We get wind of this news thanks to the professionals at Variety: DreamWorks has acquired rights to the Japanese manga ?Ghost in the Shell? with plans to adapt the futuristic police thriller as a 3-D live-action feature. Story follows the exploits of a member of a covert ops unit of the Japanese National Public Safety Commission that specializes in fighting technology-related crime. Created by Masamune Shirow, ?Ghost in the Shell? was first published in 1989. It went on to generate two additional manga editions, three anime film adaptations, an anime TV series and three videogames. The second anime film, ?Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence,? was released in the U.S. by DreamWorks in 2004. We have pictures of Scarlett and Duke?s battle armor today thanks to our friends at IESB: Not really much to look at right now. I am guessing this armor will be worn over clothing, at least I hope so; if everyone in G.I. Joe wears armored wet suits - it will be weird. I am still very skeptical about this film, but don?t want to read too much into these pictures right now. The suits are not yet finished and appear to be made of clay and or plastic for design purposes. When completed outfit shots are ready, we will be able to see the evolution and discuss our thoughts on them. Seeing a redhead next to Scarlett?s armor does get me a little nostalgic; I will not lie to you friends.

There is an R.Dean Taylor song called Indiana Wants Me, well I want Indiana! El pasado 26 de Marzo se ponía a la venta para PSP la ?precuela? de God of War y God of War II, juegos ya vistos para Play Station y creados por Sony. En ?God of War? y ?God of War II? conociamos la historia presente de Kratos, un guerrero espartano que luchaba bajo las órdenes de los dioses griegos y que finalmente vencía a Ares en la primera parte y como volvía a humano en la segunda y se enfrentaba a los que lo habían traicionado. Ahora, en ?God of War: Chains of Olympus ?, el juego nos enseñará (o más bien descubriremos) como Kratos llegó a cansarse de ser el servidor de los dioses. Anteayer entre a un Mix Up (Tienda de discos y videos) en plaza Universidad en la ciudad de México y encontré una sección en la que había varias cintas de la colección 8 Films to die for y recordé que Captivity estaba dentro de dicha colección, el precio de la mayoría de los films era de 250 pesos, pero Captivity saltaba hasta los casi 500, así que decidí ver las sinopsis del resto de las cajas a ver si se me antojaba más alguna otra, tome una caja en donde la portada presentaba el cuerpo de una mujer y la cabeza de un chivo, el arte era bastante agresivo en comparación con el resto. Leí el título: Borderland, aparte en el frente se mencionaba que era la versión no clasificada del director y como plus la leyenda que tanto nos gusta "Inspirada en hechos reales", rápidamente atrapo mi atención y leí la sinopsis, acto seguido leí el reparto, el quinto nombre hizo que se despertaran mis bajos instintos, Martha Higareda, acto seguido estaba pagando la película sin pensarlo más. Unless the film has the word ?Matrix? in it someplace, long gone are the days when putting the name ?Keanu Reeves? on the poster gets even the slightest amount of interest or excitement from me (if those days ever existed at all now that I think about it). Still, I?m a sucker for gritty cop movies, I think Chris Evans has a lot of potential and when was the last time Forest Whitaker turned in anything less than a solid effort?
