How to select a right person in the right Job? It is difficult right? Not every employer can get the right person for their organization from just 1-2 times interview. This is one nice tips and actually sound funny… Put around 100 bricks in some particular order in a closed room with an open window. Then send 2-3 candidates into the room and close it from outside. Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours, and then analyze the situation: a. If they are counting and recounting the number of bricks - PUT THEM IN ACCOUNTS DEPT. b. Watching an Indian films were always make me laugh. Either it is a sad story or suspend… I just can’t stop laughing. Hahahaha.. Just take a look at this unbelievable scene from Indian movie!.. It is really out of this world.. Our hero Balakrishna and his brother were captured by the baddies and they tied Balakrishna onto a chair…Those idiots didnt know that Balakrishna cannot be stopped by a simple chair… Here is our hero’s brother…The baddies tied him up too and fixed a time-bomb across his stomach…The bomb looks more like a pack of sausage rolls ….. In Malaysia, rice is our main sources of carbohydrates. Me myself consumed rice almost 2-3 times everyday!! However, do you know that the human body was never meant to consume rice! You see, our genes have hardly changed in more than 30,000 years. However, our food choices and lifestyle have changed dramatically. The caveman would hardly recognize our food or way of life. Caveman food was never cooked as fire was not yet tamed. Thus, he ate only those foods that you can eat without treatment with or by fire. He ate fruits, vegetables, fish (sushi anyone?), eggs, nuts and meat. Yes, even meat. You can even eat meat raw if you were starving in the forest. You have the necessary enzymes to digest meat. However, rice, like wheat and corn, cannot be eaten raw. It must be cooked. Even if you were starving in the desert, you cannot eat rice in the raw form.
