Jennifer Lopez has adopted a punishing exercise regime to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape. She's getting up at 4am every day in a determined attempt to shed over 20kg in less than a month and has been undergoing a three-hour daily workout, seven days a week, which means that she has lost 18kg, at a rate of 4kg a week. She has hired a team of nutritionists and personal trainers to help her get rid of the 25kgs she had put on during the pregnancy, reports the Daily Telegraph. Even though she is undergoing such an extreme and gruelling exercise, the Latin American performer has limited her food intake to 1,400 calories a day and banned all carbohydrates.
