In their first public outing since the birth of one-month-old twins Max and Emme, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony go out to dinner in Manhattan, New York last night. The new parents happily accepted a stuffed Easter bunny from waiting paparazzi. MAKE IT RAIN, MAKE IT RAIN..!!Heather Mills has been awarded $48.6 million in her divorce from ex-Beatle Paul McCartney, the Associated Press reports. According to a document released by London's Family Court, the judge awarded Mills, 40, a lump sum of $33 million, in addition to $15.6 million in assets she currently holds. The couple's daughter Beatrice, 4, should receive a "periodical payments order" of $70,000 per annum, the court also ruled. McCartney agreed to pay for her nanny and school fees. Going once.... Lace front Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch may soon be hitting the auction block. The Associated Press reports that the 2,500-acre Santa Barbara, California, estate will be up for public sale if the King of Pop doesn't pay more than $24 million owed on the property. Financial Title Co. filed the notice of trustee's sale with the Santa Barbara County Superior Court on Tuesday. An auction date is set for March 19. Also up for grabs: All the home's furnishings and items on the property. If Neverland hits the auction block, it could carry a price tag higher than the $24 million owed, due to interests and other costs. Beyonce never hit the breaks, Beyoncé is going to have the best coach in the biz when she takes on the role of Etta James in Cadillac Records, a forthcoming movie about Etta's life. The legendary singer tells PageSix exclusively that she's going to be advising the "Bootylicious" star herself. "It's a privilege and an honor to have somebody like that girl. I don't think she looks like me, but that's all right. They can fix that up," Etta tells us. And appearance isn't all Beyoncé will have to work on. "Oh my god, she's going to have a hill to climb, because Etta James ain't been no angel!" she says. The flick will co-star Adrien Brody (reportedly replacing Matt Damon) in the role of music exec Leonard Chess, as well as Cedric the Entertainer and Jeffrey Wright.
