Could it be? According to People.com, Beyonce and Jay-Z have filed for a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y.According to a source, the pair obtained a license Tuesday morning. The document is valid for 60 days. A rep for Beyoncé told PEOPLE, "No comment." Jay-Z's spokesperson could not be reached. I don't think I'll believe it until I see the wedding pictures! If true...great! If not, oh well. They are really a great couple and hopefully my Jay-Z will come along and snatch up his Beyonce.Update...Extra little tidbit about the couple:Beyoncé and Jay-Z arrived at Scarsdale Village Hall shortly after it opened at 9 a.m on Tuesday to get their marriage license. In another tragic turn for the Levery Family, Sean Levert (brother of Gerald, son of Eddie) was found dead at just 39 years old in a Cleveland jail!According to the Chicago-Sun Times, Sean was being held for allegedly failing to pay about $80,000 in child support.Update:According to MSNBC, an autopsy was done Monday but no immediate cause of death was determined, according to Powell Caesar, a spokesman for the Cuyahoga County?s coroner?s office, but he said there was no evidence of foul play or trauma.Levert suffered from high blood pressure and had been hallucinating in jail, Caesar said. Toxicology reports could take four to six weeks, he said.Warden Kevin McDonough said earlier that Levert had been sick and guards were watching him at the jail?s regular cellblock because he had been acting strangely. Looks like the CW will let "Girlfriends" end without a decent farewell. According to my boy Jawn Murray over at BV, the suits at the network made an offer to return for a "retrospective" episode that would feature recaps of the previous shows and cast members reflecting on those shows. The catch was, that they offered only half of their episodic salary for the half-baked finale!To make matters worse, word is that they don't want to pay them for the remaining nine episodes left in their contracts that they plan not to shoot due to the writers strike. The cast is said to have hired a litigator to file a lawsuit against the network.It's a crying shame that they torture us with other crappy shows and won't honor the one show that made the network popular.Have something to say? Beyonce [heavily airbrushed] covers foreign magazine Jack's April issue. Umm,...I don't speak Italian so I can't say what the article is about, but she has some other lovely airbrushed pictures to go with it. In other Beyonce news, she posted a note on her website Friday about her leaked song "Beautiful Nightmate" calling it a "work in progress" but some claim that the mysterious leak was all a ploy to deter the spotlight from her former Destiny Child members...Yesterday, "Beautiful Nightmare," a demo I've been working on for possible inclusion on my next album, leaked on some websites. Loyal reader Kim sent me a full report on the "Heart of the City" Tour after it rolled through Baltimore, so if you are still trying to decide if you want to go (and drop that $150 plus on a ticket) she makes quite a convincing case to go ahead and handle that...My homegirl & I was on the floor (maybe a good?20 feet away for the stage) good seats. First off The Dream started his thing at 7:30; he did 3 songs and had his little dancers pour baby oil on each other! He was cool, sounded good. When he left the lights came back on and we waited for a good 30 minutes, I think they were waiting for people to get seated cuz there were still a lot of seats empty. T.I. will face the music today when he enters a guilty plea on the federal multiple weapon charges he is facing [he originally entered a not guilty plea]. After attending Easter services with Bishop Eddie Long at the Georgia Dome this weekend, I can only suspect that he was moved to accept his fate. A good Easter sermon can make you want to change your life, you know.Looking at many years in prison, T.I. is scheduled to enter his plea today at 1:30 pm. According to Yahoo! News, a plea deal has been reached that will require him to do 1500 hours of community service speaking to youth about not making the mistakes he did?but he'll be serving 12 months in prison after that.I?ll be sure to update as details become available.

I kept wondering if I had slept through a day a missed the divorce of Kimora Lee and Russell Simmons , but I was right. They never filed for divorce officially, well not until now. Kimora finally started the proceedings by filing for divorce yesterday in L.A after separating in March 2006.According to People.com, court papers show that Kimora cites irreconcilable differences and asks for legal and physical custody of the couple's two daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. She requests that Simmons, 50, get "reasonable child visitation ? to be accompanied at all times by the children's nanny and security personnel.I am sure this will add some fuel to the pregnancy rumors that she is constantly denying?Both she and Uncle Russ have moved on, but I know the legality of their split is going to be a financial nightmare. However, they have been able manage parenting those adorable daughters together without any drama.

A 12 year-old boy was arrested in Bloomington, Illinois last Thursday night (March 20) after he threw a rock at the windshield of rapper Soulja Boy?s tour bus. According to the Bloomington Pantagraph, the unidentified youth attacked the bus at around 7:40 p.m. near the Hampton Inn West on 906 Maple Rd. Soulja Boy had performed at the nearby U.S. Cellular Coliseum the previous night. Bloomington Police Lt.
