Sony on Monday said it will introduce an improved PlayStation Store for PS3 in mid-April -- so long current clunky version!The new store (shown), which will go live via a spring update, promises a "more dynamic look and improved navigation," according to Sony. There is a minor downside, however."To enable enhancements to be made to the store, no additional downloadable content will be posted prior to the revamp, starting April 3," the company said in a presser today. New open world racing game coming this May.Jointly developed by Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Barcelona, Emergency Heroes is described as an "open world driving game" featuring 16 different rescue vehicles, the likes of which include a patrol car, fire truck, and ambulance.The object of the game is to protect the fictional city of San Alto from perusing evil doers, much like the ones found in Grand Theft Auto and Ubisoft's recent No More Heroes.In addition to single-player, the game will feature a two-player co-op mode. Microsoft's brand power has been in sharp decline over the past four years, an indication the company is losing credibility and mindshare with U.S. business users, according to a recent study by market research firm CoreBrand .According to the CoreBrand Power 100 2007 study (pdf), which polled about 12,000 U.S. business decision-makers, Microsoft dropped from number 12 in the ranking of the most powerful U.S. company brands in 2004 to number 59 last year.
