We are not Martha

We are not Martha
Watch us, two 20-something Bostonians, as we cook, eat, shop, and learn to live life to the fullest. We are not Martha Stewart. But that doesn't mean we aren't going to try...it will be a FABULOUS thing.

Chicago Cupcake Crawl Part 2
2008-11-05 16:52:00
You might remember the first Chicago Cupcake Crawl that took place in February(and if you don't, read it here!). Well, it seems that we missed a few cupcake shops and that some new ones opened up since Sues was last in Chicago. The only solution to that? Go back to Chicago and participate in Cupcake Crawl Part 2. And this time bring Chels along for the sugary ride. Sues's sister, Beth, did her research and had the crawl planned out by the time we arrived in the city.More CupcakesFirst stop on our tour was the newly-opened More. We were pretty excited about More because we heard that they have cupcakes involving bacon. This also scared us just a bit. But we love cupcakes and we love bacon, so score huge, right?More is a really sleek, minimalist store, with basically just cupcakes. There's no seating, but that's okay because we weren't quite ready to eat our cupcakes yet. We got them to go.More also gives you the option of getting a "flight" of mini cupcakes. We loved the packagi...
Halloween Feast
2008-11-01 15:06:00
We went to Sara's mom's in Charlestown for a little Halloween party. Let me first say that I have never seen so many trick-or-treaters in my entire life. Little kids were everywhere and there was a constant flow walking down the street! We all sat on Sara's mom's front steps to take it all in and hand out candy. I wanted to take pictures, but then realized it would be creepy of me to take pictures of other people's children and put them on the Internet. So instead, you get pictures of all the delicious food we ate after the trick-or-treaters were gone (or really, after the 8 pounds of candy ran out).Sara's pumpkin hummus and black bean and corn dip:Katie's vegetables to accompany the dips: Celeste's pork tenderloin with the best carrots in the world: Celeste's amazing chicken with sharp cheddar and apples: Chels's yummy salad with goat cheese, cranberries, and apples: Celeste's rice:Celeste's spinach: Sara's desserts. Chicago Round-Up. Everything But the Cupcakes.
2008-10-29 04:56:00
We are back from Chicago ! Sadly. Unfortunately. Waaa. We had a blast and kind of might have considered moving there a few times (might still be, as a matter of fact). We packed a lot in (in the course of the weekend and in our suitcases) in the short time we were there, which basically means we ate a lot. We really did. This post doesn't even include any of the Cupcake Crawl; which will be posted very soon!Gino's East PizzeriaWhen we arrived in Chicago, Sues's sister and fiance were working, so we decided to wander around Michigan Ave. (their apartment is dangerously close to it) and noticed Gino's East. Sues remembered hearing it was a must-try for Chicago pizza, so we wandered in. It was super busy for a Friday afternoon and there was graffiti everywhere. We're talking on the walls, on the floor, on the tables, on the chairs. Legit, the whole restaurant was pretty much covered. We understood the appeal, but it was kind of dirty and gross. Anyway, though neither of us are huge...

We are not Martha in Chicago!!
2008-10-25 07:19:00
Chels and I arrived in Chicago early this afternoon and are having a blast so far. Basically today consisted of shopping and eating, but you'll hear much more about that later.Tomorrow is the start of our Cupcake Crawl Chicago Part 2. Cupcake Crawl part 1 was amazing, but a bunch of new cupcake places have opened since then, so we need to make sure we hit them all. We're also excited to meet up with TKTC and do some touristy stuff too. We'll be home early next week to recap our Chicago trip in detail. We hope you have a fabulous weekend![Sues and Chels]

Pumpkin Pancakes!
2008-10-02 15:20:00
If you know one thing about me, it's probably that I LOVE anything pumpkin. Wait, that would be really sad if that's all you knew about me, but really, that is how much I love pumpkin. Fall is my absolute time of year because I highly enjoy throwing on a fleece jacket and wandering around in the crisp weather with some pumpkin spice coffee. I'm so happy that the rest of the world is finally catching on and loving pumpkin as much as I am.I am obsessed with this stuff:Anyway, what goes best with pumpkin spice coffee? Pumpkin pancakes obviously. I had a craving one evening and decided it would be the perfect breakfast for dinner. I loosely followed a pumpkin pancake recipe from Martha Stewart, but made a bunch of adjustments. What you'll need to make my pumpkin pancakes:1/2 cup all-purpose flour3/4 C whole wheat flour2 T sugar2 t baking powder1/2 t cinnamon1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice1 C buttermilk8 T canned pumpkin puree2 T melted butter1 eggFirst, whisk the flours, sugar, baking pow...

It's Sues' Birthday!
2008-09-29 03:53:00
A few of us girls gathered this weekend to celebrate Sues' birthday a couple days early! Katie and I started the night off by hosting everyone at our apartment. I made a white bean dip with prosciutto, parsley and garlic, along with some homemade pita chips. Katie made a salad with mixed greens, halved grapes and feta (with a red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing). We ordered some pizza from Upper Crust (since it's probably some of the best pizza in the city!), and Sara provided cupcakes and a giant cupcake cake from Sweet. mmm, mouth is watering. Good food and wine, fantastic friends, lovely gifts, and obviously great conversation (especially the one about the original SNICK and TGIF lineups...yeah, we're getting old. sheesh!)The bday girl with her giant cupcake cake. Hilarious!White bean dip with prosciutto, parsley, and garlic and homemade pita chipsDelicious pizzas from Upper Crust. 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sausage on the left. Cupcake Charlie's @ Mashpee Commons... Tasting!
2008-09-26 17:03:00
Chels sent me the link to Cupcake Charlie's at Mashpee Commons weeks ago. We knew we were going to be spending the weekend in the Mashpee/Falmouth area of the cape for a high school friend's wedding (congrats Libby and Shaun!) and we wanted to see what there was to do while we weren't wedding partying. Cupcake shop? Obviously on our agenda. From the second we viewed the website, we were psyched to try all the crazy exciting flavors. Mint Chocolate Madness? Peanut Butter Pleasure? Funfetti? As if the wedding wasn't exciting enough; now we had even more to look forward to. After wandering around Mashpee Commons and having some lunch, we excitedly went to Cupcake Charlie's. The shop is adorable and we especially loved the saying on the wall: "Life is Short...Eat a Cupcake." There's no reason our kitchens shouldn't be decorated with sayings such as these too. LOVE the matching pastel KitchenAid mixers. There were also lots of friendly employees in the kitchen, bustling away bakin...
Martha Wrap-Up!
2008-09-23 10:59:00
Obviously we were the first in line... bright and early. That's what #1 fans do!Waiting in the room before we got to the studioMartha 's Kitchen!!!!The crafting area! How fantastic would it be to have a studio like that at your house? The busy team with Martha A special thanks to the team at the Martha Stewart show for a priceless and eye-opening experience (especially her production assistant Noel who found our blog and invited us!) Also a big thanks to the people at Hewlett Packard for outfitting the entire studio audience with our new HP wireless printers!I'm not really positive if words can describe exactly how excited we were to have had an opportunity to visit the show, to see Martha work with her team, and do everything that she does best live and in person... but I think it's pretty fantastic that We Are Not Martha is approaching our one year anniversary and we've already been blessed with such a great memory! I sense some Good Things coming![Chels and Sues]

Apple and Walnut Risotto with Gorgonzola
2008-09-04 23:36:00
Who isn't a Jamie Oliver fan, right? Well, if you're not for some crazy reason, I promise you will be after you see this recipe. In case you haven't noticed, I make quite a lot of risotto. It's one of my all-time favorite foods for many reasons: 1) There are SO many things you can do with it and an incredible amount of different ways you can make it, 2) It makes an awesome one-dish meal, and 3) It can last you all week. I feel like I make it too often, so lately I've been trying to avoid it. But it always seems to find me and taunt me, basically begging me to make it. I saw Jamie's website. And hard as I tried, I could not resist. Hello, just look at the name: Apple and Walnut Risotto with Gorgonzola. Plus, there's goat cheese in it. That's like a quadruple yum right there. Unfortunately, I am an idiot and failed to buy walnuts, so I made the risotto with cashews, but am sure walnuts would be much, much better. What you'll need:Basic risotto recipe (Martha's is easiest)Parm...
Grilled Peaches!
2008-09-04 05:05:00
I recommend everyone make these as soon as humanly possible! I was craving something sweet for dessert tonight and had some peaches so I did a little research and found a reallyyyyy simple recipe for grilled peaches from Real Simple. There's really not much to follow though... you could do this with your eyes closed in about 2.2 minutes. All you need:- 1 ripe peach (I used two since I made my roommate one!)- 1 lime- vanilla ice cream- honey, to drizzleAll you do:- Cut peaches in 1/2 and pit- Place peaches cut side down for about 3 minutes, or until grill marks appear, on a medium heat grill (I use the Grilla Grill pan from Ikea...it's fantastic, one of the best things under $20 I've purchased in a while!)- Flip peaches so they're skin side down, for about 4 minutes or until skin softens- Plate and serve with lime wedge- Scoop ice cream and drizzle honeyTa da! I think I just found my new go-to dessert! :)[Chels]

Golden Gazpacho with Feta
2008-09-02 02:20:00
The last time I was at my parents house I snagged my mom's latest copy of Real Simple. I saw this quick (and really good looking!) recipe for Golden Gazpacho with Feta . So my next trip to the farmer's market in Copley Square included a search for some large yellow tomatoes. Monday through Thursday, I'm all about whipping up dinner that still leaves time in the night to get other things done, so this is a great recipe after a long day at the office! The main ingredients: ? 3 pounds yellow tomatoes (about 6), cut into large pieces - (I used 3 since the tomatoes I found were massive)? 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into large pieces ? 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar ? Kosher salt and pepper ? 4 ounces Feta, crumbled (1 cup) ? 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn ? 1/4 cup pine nuts ? 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil ? 1/2 pound thinly sliced prosciutto and/or salami (optional) ? 8 bread sticks (optional)(I just purchased a loaf of Italian bread and cut into slices) Cut the tomatoes and pep...

Savory Zucchini Bread with Roasted Red Peppers and Feta
2008-08-27 15:11:00
Rarely does a week go by when I don't see at least one thing I want to make off of the Closet Cooking blog. Kevin is an amazing cook (and photographer) and my friends and I check out his blog on the daily. The picture of the savory zucchini bread he made was so colorful and pretty-looking. Plus, anything involving the words "bread" and "feta" makes me drool a little bit. It didn't take any twisting of my arm to know I had to make this. What You'll Need:1 large zucchini, grated2 chopped roasted red peppers2 cloves grated garlic1/2 cup feta1 teaspoon oregano2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1/4 cup olive oil2 eggs1 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powderWell, first I had to roast red peppers, which I've never done before. But it was actually pretty simple. Just halve the peppers, take the seeds out, and put them on a baking tray like so: Preheat the oven to 450 and right when it's all heated up, put it on broil. No...

Bella Luna Bloggers Lounge
2008-08-22 14:42:00
The other night, We are not Martha was invited to Bella Luna to hang out with other Boston bloggers and taste the cooking of Bella Luna's new chef, Jacob Zachow. And we're glad we went because we had an amazing time and chowed on some fabulous food.Chels designed us some super cute business cards and, not only did we give them all away, we came home with a whole bunch of cards from other bloggers. Several of the other bloggers also have food blogs, which we obviously love checking out, but there was such a great variety of bloggers at the event. We met so many people and ended up staying much later than we expected. Here's the menu Bella Luna presented us with: Portobello and Black Bean Sliders were seriously delicious:We missed out on the Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin on Sweet Potato Chip, but heard it was the best:Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Mint Pesto: Lemon and Basil Grilled Salmon on Focaccia Crustini:The Mini Cannolis and Key Lime Pies were adorable: Bella Luna also serv...

Amazing Sushi at Oishii
2008-08-19 14:30:00
They say you can't judge a restaurant from only going there for Restaurant Week. But I think they mean (whoever they are) that if you have a bad meal, it's probably due to the fact that it's Restaurant Week. You often don't get very many options to choose from, meals are sometimes made ahead of time, and the cheaper options are usually the ones available. But what if you have a really amazing meal during Restaurant Week? Does that mean if you go on a non-RW afternoon or evening, your meal will be really, really good?Sara and I decided to go to Oishii in the South End for lunch during Restaurant week because we have always wanted to try it, but generally can't afford the steep prices. Since they only offered lunch for RW, we decided to check it out (thank you to our "alternative work schedules," which allow us such pleasures as lunching together). We started with a perfectly crisp sweet potato tempura and pork gyoza. If you know anything about me, it's that I am a lover of all ...

City Apartment Living...
2008-08-18 05:36:00
One of the many things I've learned about living in a small space in the city is trying to creatively make the best use of space in my apartment. You really have to have a good grasp on what you're working with and try to utilize every nook and cranny to the fullest.I've really been in need of a workstation for my computer and large printer but I wasn't willing to settle on just anything. I wanted something that made great use of my bedroom space but also matched my style without feeling like a dreaded office. For months, I had my computer set up on my coffee table in the living room while my printer's home was next to one of the sofas. It was a strange and uncomfortable set up but like I said, I wasn't willing to settle! After some searching, I finally found the Sloane Leaning desk at Crate and Barrel and with its narrow but tall structure it fit the space I was eying. My sister and her husband have the whole set in mahogany, but with a little research and the help of Bruce at...

Cinnamon and Blackberry Quinoa
2008-08-14 03:30:00
This is otherwise known as the perfect breakfast! I've had a mostly-full box of quinoa in my kitchen from the falafel Sara and I made a while back, and had no idea what to do with it. Then all the sudden, I started seeing Quinoa (pronounced Keen-wah, and not Quin-o-a, as previously thought. Oops) all over lists of "healthy foods you aren't eating, but should be," so I figured something could and should be done. I came across this recipe for Warm and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa on the 101 Cookbooks blog (a fabulous blog you should be following) and couldn't stop staring at the picture. Yummm. I'm a sucker for blackberries and needed a little switch from my Special K with Red Berries breakfast (I bought 8 boxes...hey, they were on sale at Walgreen's) so I knew I needed to make this. Here are the ingredients you'll need: 1 cup 1% low fat milk1 cup water1 cup organic quinoa, (hs note: rinse quinoa)2 cups fresh blackberries1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted4 teasp...

Becoming a Cook
2008-06-06 03:12:00
One of my all-time favorite people, Michael Ruhlman, wrote a really insightful and thought-provoking post at his blog. It was in response to Kim Severson's NYT's article, "Recipe Deal Breakers: When Step 2 is 'Corral Pig'" At first glance, I think the article makes sense. Most of us do have recipe deal breakers. Recipes that call for a technique we've never heard of or one that's difficult to do, we tend to stay away from. I spend a lot of time on this website saying, "Look! This is so easy!" and showing shortcuts to recipes. And I often avoid recipes that call for certain techniques. Because they just sound too hard. And I don't think I have time to learn. But when you love cooking as much as I say I do, is taking shortcuts acceptable? According to Ruhlman, "Really good cooking is a craft, and those recipes that best describe that craft, whether simple or advanced, move all cooks forward. Those recipes that help you avoid craft, to get around it, set people who want to becom...

Middle Eastern Feast
2008-06-03 05:20:00
Falafel. I became obsessed with it in high school. I ate it every Tuesday, in between track practice and piano lessons. When I got to college, there was thankfully an amazing falafel place next to my dorm (Pauly's Pocket). Soon though, I was on a bit of a falafel overload. I needed a break. It wasn't until this year that I re-discovered falafel. Thanks in part to living in Brookline, home to many delicious Middle Eastern eateries (Rami's=amazing) and hanging out with Sara, another falafel fan. So after traveling around Boston and surrounding areas, testing out falafel, we decided we needed to make our own. Sara found a fairly simple, healthy falafel recipe from Martha Stewart and we threw our own little Middle Eastern night.First on the menu was the falafel of course. One important fact Sara and I discovered- chickpeas are also known as garbanzo beans. This may come in handy when you're searching for chickpeas. Anyway. You're going to need a little food processor to make this, ...

Peanut Butter Blondies with Chocolate Ganache
2008-05-28 23:37:00
About a month ago, I saw these beautiful creations on the blog of TKTC. She had found them on the blog of my achy bakey heart (cutest name ever). I think I instantly started drooling as anything with peanut butter and chocolate is apt to make me do. I knew I had to make them, but I was waiting for the right occasion as I didn't really want to be sitting in my apartment with a platter full of peanut butter chocolate blondies and nobody to eat them with. Because, trust me, I would have eaten them. Luckily, the perfect occasion came along in the form of an invite to TKTC's house on Cape Cod. TKTK and me, the only time we weren't stuffing sugar into our mouths. Sara, friend and fellow peanut butter addict, came over to help me bake. The recipe was super easy and these things were seriously amazing. I think I'm an even bigger fan of peanut butter now...if that is even possible.Start by putting parchment paper in your 13x9 baking pan and buttering it. Beat together the butter (2 stick...

At last! Cupcakes in Boston !You know you're in trouble when one of your best friends starts working at a brand new, absolutely amazing cupcake shop just a short walk away from you. I'm sure you can tell I have a slight obsession with cupcakes. And now this obsession has been taken to a whole new level.I love Boston to death, but it has seriously lacked in the cupcake department. There's a couple of bakeries with great cupcakes, but really not any specialty cupcake shop right in the city. Until now. If you're in the Boston area, you really need to go to Sweet , the new cupcake shop on Mass Ave. in Boston's Backbay. As if a new cupcake shop isn't exciting enough; one of We are Not Martha's favorite people is working there. Yesterday was Sara's first day working at Sweet, so of course I stopped in for a visit and a cupcake or two. Just a few of the many beautiful cupcakes at Sweet. My first thought upon walking in was that the shop is absolutely adorable. Fun pink and brown wallpa...
Back from San Fran!
2008-05-21 04:04:00
Well... I've actually been back for a week, but I'm just now getting back to reality. Took some time. I love this city, not only for its breathtaking views, unique shops, and great restaurants but because this city can inspire you to be so creative. I've never collected a more attractive bunch of business cards on a trip ;)One of the first full days in the city, while my bud was working, I explored the Marina and stumbled upon La Boulange cafe and bakery. New Foodie Website: Zeer
2008-05-16 07:45:00
I love discovering new websites that are fun and helpful in everyday life. Zeer is a brand-new website (based out of Boston!) that features consumer reviews of food. As in, basically every product you can buy at the grocery store is on this website. It's the kind of website that makes you say, "why didn't anyone think of this before??"Since they're just getting started, the products don't have tons of reviews (most none at all), but eventually, this site is going to be an amazing database. You can use it to see what people are saying about new (and old) products, find out what products people are enjoying (and can't stand), and get all kinds of nutritional information. I guess you could think of it like a Yelp for groceries. I'm obviously big on trying new foods and I'm psyched that now I can see what other people are saying before I buy.According to the Zeer team:Today, modern technology has given you hundreds of thousands of food and beverage products. Made from Scratch Funfetti Cupcakes
2008-05-13 00:54:00
Remember back in elementary school when everyone would bring in cupcakes on their birthday? How psyched were you when a kid brought in funfetti cupcakes? They were THE BEST. My friends and I still make and eat them on occasion. But I'm pretty anti- cooking from a box when doing it from scratch is so easy, so I decided to try and make my own funfetti cupcakes. I was going to a little gathering for the birthdays of two of my friends, and I decided it was the perfect occasion to make them, considering I've been friends with both birthday girls since elementary school.I loosely followed a recipe I found on Baking Bites, making a few changes of my own. First whisk together the milk (1/2 C), egg whites (3 large), vanilla extract, and almond extract together. I find almond extract a bit overpowering, so I used the full 1/4 t the recipe called for, but then used a lot more than the 1 t of vanilla extract it called for. I'm a big vanilla extract fan! In another bowl, combine the flour (1 ...

You Need to Go to: BerryLine
2008-05-09 07:24:00
I have one very important piece of advice for you. If you're in Boston, run to Harvard Square. Or whatever, you can walk; that's what Sara and I did today (LONG walk!). Or you can even take public transportation. Just yourself there and to 1 Arrow Street as soon as possible. Why? To get to BerryLine. BerryLine is officially my new favorite place. It's a frozen yogurt place, but you know how most frozen yogurt tastes pretty much like ice cream? This actually tastes like real yogurt. Amazingly good, creamy yogurt. Of course, the best part is the toppings. They offer tons of different fruits, candies, cereals (Fruity Pebbles!), etc.Or maybe the best part is that the yogurt has 25 calories/oz. So a small yogurt has 125 calories. A medium, 200. Wow. I'm seriously in love.Finally. BerryLine is Boston's answer to PinkBerry. Now if only there were one just a little bit closer to my apartment, I think I might move in.Sorry, we couldn't really wait to take pictures before we started eat...

Greek-Stuffed Chicken
2008-05-02 03:30:00
While shopping in Trader Joe's with my mom the other day, I decided that I wanted to make Greek chicken. So I figured I'd buy all the ingredients and find a recipe when I got home. But when I got home, I couldn't find a recipe that made me happy, so I decided to just make something up on my own with the ingredients I had. And I made Greek-stuffed chicken.I basically threw all my ingredients in a bowl. They included:half of a red onion, choppeda bunch of sun-dried tomatoes, choppeda lot of feta cheese, crumbleda bunch of kalamata olives, halveda huge handful of parsley, choppeda splash of balsamic vinaigrettesome pepperSo scientific, right? But I was just experimenting and I figured I'd throw it all in a bowl and mix it up. Then I cut slits into the chicken breasts and stuffed them full of the mixture. I put A LOT of the mixture in the chicken because I wanted to, but you can do as much or as little as you'd like. Then I put the chicken on a pan covered with foil and baked it at...

Vanilla Cupcakes and Chocolate Chunk Cookie Cupcakes
2008-04-27 20:25:00
My sister and her fiancé, Adam, moved to Boston this weekend and since they have never had the pleasure of indulging in my cupcakes, I made some to take to my family's house for dinner on Friday evening.I made my traditional vanilla cupcakes, and I also made a chocolate chunk (chip) cookie cupcake. Though we had a huge dinner cooked by my parents (Chilean sea bass and whipped sweet potatoes), we still managed to eat the cupcakes for dessert! The vanilla cupcakes come from a Magnolia recipe that I adjusted a bit. If you follow the recipe exactly, they really don't taste anything like Magnolia cupcakes, but it is a good start.I'm a big fan of self-rising flour, but if you don't have any and the recipe you're using calls for it, make sure you add some baking powder and a little bit of salt. I add A LOT more vanilla than the recipe calls for. I don't really measure it; I just keep adding it and tasting it (oops) until it tastes perfect to me. The vanilla extract you buy at the sto...

Chicken Lo Mein
2008-04-25 07:49:00
Chinese food is one of those things that sounds like a really good idea until you eat way too much of it and you realize it's overly greasy and just not good for you (yes, it takes eating lots of it for you to realize this common sense fact). But lo mein is just so good, right? When Sara and I were in Russo's last week, we saw lo mein noodles and I realized I it was possible for me to make my own.I found a simple recipe for chicken lo mein and changed it a little bit. Also at Russo's I found enoki mushrooms, which I've never seen in a store before but love whenever I'm eating at a Japanese restaurant. In a large pot filled with water, add whatever you want in your lo mein. I added carrots, snow peas, the enoki mushrooms, and the lo mein noodles and boiled until the pasta was al dente. Then I mixed the cornstarch (2 t), sugar (1 t), and water (2 t) together. And added some sprouts (1/2 C), chicken broth (1/3 C), soy sauce (1 T), garlic (4 cloves), and ginger (2 t).My wok was a bi...

Warm Grapefruit Tea
2008-04-18 16:05:00
I'm a big tea drinker. Well, if I could I'd drink coffee all day long, but I know tea is better for me so I try to stick to that after my morning coffee. I've also been trying to cut down on my caffeine intake because God knows I already don't get enough sleep. So I try to drink decaf after 8 p.m., which is when I get a majority of my work done.I'm also a big fan of grapefruit and loved the idea of making my own tea from it. Making tea is something I never even considered before, and while this isn't your traditional tea, it was totally easy. Martha's ended up looking a lot prettier than mine, but what did I really expect? You'll need two ruby red grapefruits. Squeeze all the juice out of them, which should give you two cups. You'll also need honey, whole allspice, and cinnamon sticks. Combine the juice and other ingredients with 1/2 cup of water and boil in a pot over high heat. Strain the mixture and serve with a cinnamon stick!Mine wasn't as pinky as I would have liked, ...
