While Jeff is back at home unable to join Wrestlemania 24 because of his 60 day suspension, his brother Matt Hardy made a huge pop during the Money in the Bank Ladder Match .Earlier at Sunday's "Bacon, Bagels, and Biceps Brunch" Matt Hardy appeared and is heard teasing an in-ring appearance at WrestleMania 24. When asked when he'll return to the ring, Hardy stated that he has a clean bill of health and said, "Tonight's a good night." But nobody knew yet what he'll gonna do. Since reports came out about the fire incident on Jeff's house, speculations and rumors were spreading on what really happened. Jeff's brother, Matt Hardy, the only witness during that night, finally posted on his MySpace blog his experience. From the time that he was still preparing for his flight the following day, going outside noticing the flames near Jeff's property, his fear that his brother and Jeff's girlfriend Beth was inside during the fire, and making the phone call and finding out that they left the house and were at Shannon's tatoo shop. Authorities ruled fire incident on Jeff's home as still "Undetermined"

A new report from TMZ.com about investigation of Moore County Fire Department on Jeff Hardy's burnt down house.TMZ just spoke to Captain Bruner of the Cameron Fire Department -- and he told us the Moore County Fire Department has ruled the cause of the fire that claimed wrestler Jeff Hardy's home as "undetermined."Bruner said around 11:30 PM the blaze was "paged out as a wildfire" -- because the citizens that made the call only saw the fire through some woods. Three minutes later another call was made -- this time specifically naming the Hardy residence as the location of the fire.When firemen arrived at the scene, Hardy's home was "fully engulfed." Because the home was "burnt so bad," the Moore County Fire officials investigating the blaze ruled it "undetermined."Foul play on the part of Jeff Hardy is not being investigated -- because Jeff Hardy told Captain Bruner that he didn't have insurance on his home.source: TMZ

After Jeff has been suspended for 60 days because of violating WWE's wellness policy, Jim Ross reported on his website another bad news - that Jeff Hardy's house in North Carolina has been burned down to the ground last Friday night. Matt Hardy apparently saw smoke coming from Jeff's house and found out that no one's home, but arrived at the house too late to do any thing but watch it burn to the ground.These are challenging times for Jeff to say the least. Some additional details have been released regarding Jeff Hardy's 60 day suspension from WWE that was announced by the company this week. Here are some of the details courtesy of PWInsider:- Jeff Hardy knew he was being suspended before Raw. According to reports, Hardy had a meeting with Vince McMahon before the show about the suspension and was noticeably not happy when it ended.- According to multiple sources, Hardy's drug test failure was not for a body enhancing substance.- With this being a 60 day suspension and his second violation of the Wellness Policy (his first taking place last year in August 2007), it is possible WWE could suspend Hardy indefinitely until he successfully completes a drug rehab program.- As noted yesterday, Hardy has been pulled from WrestleMania 24 and the "Money in the Bank" Ladder Match.- According to WWE sources, the feeling many people got from Jeff was that he still doesn't think he has a problem and would rather leave the company than go to reha...
