2007-09-14 16:16:00 Bucky Covington's second single Its Good To Be Us is powering right up the Mediabase Chart and has landed at #45 as of post time. Keep requesting, as you never know when your station may begin playing it. One of my local stations I am hoping to get to feature it on their Hop it or Drop it weekly battle between new songs. The second single from his self titled smash CD has jumped up again and is at 48 as of post time on Mediabase.Excitement is building for the Raisin' the Bar tour which begins in October. Bucky will be co-headlining the event with Jason Michael Carroll of "Alyssa Lies" fame. This morning is no different. Just visit CMT, American Idol's official site, USA Today or the widely popular Idol news spot, mjsbigblog, too see how Bucky is really taking everyone by storm.His brand new single, It's Good to be Us is wasting no time in climbing the mediabase chart and as of post time had jumped from #67 to #58 in the last week. 2007-08-27 23:32:00 Have a new computer yay! As you can see there is a photobucket problem with bandwidth on images. I have never had a problem before but when I looked today I was averaging 21000 hits (why I don't know lol) so people are obviously linking from my codes.I have tons of things there other than just Bucky stuff such as avatars etc so guess that must be it. I will leave images where they are as it is free lol but have started a new photobucket that is private and will be getting all my images uploaded there for the blog and my myspace etc. So it will be tomorrow or the next day before I am back. The single is holding at 5 on the weighted Mediabase chart as of this post, but a few above him and behind him have possibly stalled so we can make a move now if we all try to get in a few requests. I have been waiting so long for this one, as it was the first time I didn't have to travel to see him perform. This was also my first time seeing Bucky with his band. I was not disappointed.My mother and I both attended the Meet and Greet before the show (a big thanks to Laurianne for calling me to let me know they were doing it early! I love when us Buccaneers get to meet up on the road) I told him about having Team Covington and he said, "Oh yeah? Are you still having fun doing it?" Of course!Bucky took the stage for his concert to chants of Bucky! Bucky! Bucky! after a local DJ introduced him and mentioned this was the largest crowd in the festivals 75 hear history!
