Chris Benoit's doctor facing at least 150 charges related to conspiracy and

A Carrollton, Ga. doctor has been indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on more 150 more counts of overprescribing prescription drugs.Dr. Phillip C. Astin III, 52, was first charged in July 2007 in a federal criminal complaint and then a seven-count indictment for illegal distribution of prescription drugs, including Percocet, Adderall, Lorcet and Xanax, to two patients.The new indictment includes charges alleged in the first indictment and adds more than 150 counts relating to 17 additional patients, who are alleged to have received hundreds of illegal prescriptions for methadone, Percocet, Oxycontin, Demerol, Lorcet, Ritalin, Vicodin, Xanax, Adderall and Soma. You almost have to go on the TMZ.com web site for the conversation between Hulk Hogan and son Nick that is posted. I don't know how they can do damage control on this one or how they could be so stupid to talk about this when they are being taped and know the conversation will go public. In it, Hogan and Nick basically bury John Graziano, the so called second son and best friend. They come to the conclusion Graziano is in the condition he's in because he wasn't a good person and God was punishing him. Can you imagine the Graziano family hearing this. It makes everything they did in court look like a charade.
