After much drama, Lamar Odom was traded to the Dallas Mavericks mid-December but he and wife Khloe Kardashian now have a place to call home in their new city. realtor.com E! reports that the couple have leased a two-bedroom condo at the W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences in the downtown area which is super close to the American Airlines Center where the Mavs play. No word on how the move will effect their reality TV careers and filming of Khole & Lamar or Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

In the latest issue of Us Weekly, funny guy Jonah Hill shared his excitement about running into Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leaks: I pulled up next to NeNe Leakes in the car in Atlanta...and I freaked out! I texted all my friends, like, 'Dude, I saw NeNe!'" ...now what was Jonah Hill doing in the A, lol? Well, he was there filming scenes for an upcoming comedy called Neighborhood Watch.

Jersey Shore cast member Vinny Guadagnino participated in the Coney Island Polar Bear Club?s annual New Year?s Day Swim. This time Vinny wasn't hitting the beach to get his tan on...he did it to raise money for a local charity.  He was spotted preparing for the run by popping some Cold-EEZE before jumping into chilly waters to help raise money for the children?s charity Camp Sunshine. This was a very timely appearance nonetheless. Season 5 of the Jersey Shore is set to premiere on January 5th on MTV.

I am no fan of the kitchen, so it only makes sense that I don't spend much time watching cooking shows. I mean, the Food Network gets NO action in my home. That's why I'm shocked that I've taken to Bravo's new show Chef Roblé & Co.  The show follows Chef Roblé Ali and the staff of his high-end New York catering company as they throw events for clients including Vanessa Williams and Kandi Burruss (Real Housewives of Atlanta).  Chef Roblé began working in the kitchen when he was in high school and went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America. He quickly advanced in the restaurant industry before starting his own business.  I wish that there were more positive reality shows like this. We need shows like Chef Roblé's to balance all the drama served up by various housewives and basketball wives. Catch the show every Sunday on Bravo at 10/9C.

"Wild Ones" is the new dance-inspired Flo Rida single that dropped earlier this month featuring Sia Furler.  I bet your wondering who she is, but you may already know.   Sia's known for her work with Zero 7 ("Destiny") and for writing for Christina Aguilera ("You Lost Me").  "Wild Ones" is very anthemic and will have the masses moving in the coming months. Never thought that I would see the day that Sia purposely went commercial.

As we head into 2012, some of music's biggest divas aren't competing for record sales?they're promoting weight loss programs.   Jennifer Hudson has had the most airtime promoting Weight Watchers. Her campaign kicked off back in 2010.  More recently, Mariah Carey was announced as an ambassador for Jenny Craig in November and Janet Jackson was revealed as the Nutrisystem spokesperson mid-December.  Right now, team Weight Watchers is killing the other programs with their marketing efforts. Have you seen J-Hud's new commercial (below)?  However, I'm sure we will be seeing a ton of ads from all three programs since this time of year is perfect to promote weight loss and self-improvement.

image: Dear Jones While YouTubing over the weekend I came across Florida sisters, Lya and Shan, who call themselves Dear Jones.  I'm not exactly sure how they popped up in my suggested videos, but i'm glad that they did because I was immediately impressed by their cover of Adele's "Someone Like You."  I dig the Dear Jones format and casual look. Its also refreshing to see that both sisters have strong solo voices. If they can make their harmony more crisp, I believe that these ladies have a good chance of being discovered.  Watch them sing "Someone Like You" below and let me know if they have what it takes:

Rep. Bill Johnson Former Alabama state official, Bill Johnson, was almost our charitable celeb of the week. Out of respect for his wife, we'll just report on the story instead. Here's what went down. For the past year, Johnson has been working as a contractor for the earthquake recovery efforts in Christchurch, New Zealand. Over the weekend, the New Zealand Herald reported that Johnson has been donating his sperm to lesbian couples and that at least nine women have received sperm donations from Johnson with at least three successful pregnancies. Johnson revealed that he was unable to have children with his wife, Kathy, because she had a hysterectomy.  She was aware that Johnson wanted to be a sperm donor, but he did not plan to tell her about his donor activity in New Zealand until after the babies were born.  Oddly enough, when Johnson ran for AL governor in 2010, he sold himself as a conservative Republican and Christian who opposed gay marriage. SMH....

Marion Jones attends the NY screening of "Marion Jones: Press Pause" Raise your hand if you still thought that Marion Jones was still in prison. Jones was released from a federal detention facility back in 2008 after completing  a six-month sentence she received for lying to federal agents about using performance-enhancing drugs. Just two years after her release, Jones is sprinting in a new direction with a new John Singleton directed documentary called "Marion Jones: Press Pause."  According to Singleton,I thought it was very interesting that this black woman – gotta call it what it is – was jailed where few if any other athletes, no matter the sport, have ever served any time for their involvement with steroids. West at NYC Premiere of 'Runaway' First, Kanye West released a moving portrait as the visual representation for his single, "Power," and now the rapper/producer has premiered a short film, titled Runaway, prior to the release of his new album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.   Directed by West and co-starring top model, Selita Ebanks, the film is full of vivid images and also serves as a bit of an album sampler (the film is scored by music from West's upcoming release).
