Energy Drain Today, I slept whole day. Yesterday evening I met a friend of mine. She teaches meditation and yoga. Two years back, I met her for the first time. That time she was overflowing with so much love and energy. These days, I do not know what is wrong with her. She looks all drained off. She also looks frustrated, but she wouldn't confide in me. Everytime I meet her, she sucks so much energy from me. It has become a very painful experience to meet her. She completely pulls me down.
