Waiting to happen lately. Sliced my finger while washing the blade for the food processer last night. We received the mail order dog & kitty shots this morning, and while trying to get the plastic end off of the needle, I ended up stabbing my thumb and DEEP. Frigging OUCH. Mark says I should stay away from sharp objects for a while, and somehow, I tend to agree.In knitting news, I'm working on the scarf still, I finished a pair of big white socks, and have cast on for the infamous Pomatomus socks. So far, they're pretty fun!

As promised, here's the pattern (finally...lol):Text ured triangle socksMaterials:Sock yarnSize 2 U.S needles (2-3/4 MM)Gauge: 10 sts per inchI made these for my husband who wears a 9-1/2 shoe. You will want to increase or decrease the foot length as necessary.Cast on 60 sts and divide onto three needles as follows. 18, 24, 18K1, p1 for 10 rows.Begin triangle pattern: 1. K2, p1, (k5, p1 nine times), k32. K1, p3, (k3, p3 nine times), k23. P5, k1 ten times4. Knit5. KnitRepeat these five rows 15 times, for a total of 75 rows, or desired length of leg.Slip 3 sts from needle one onto needle two, and 3 sts from needle three onto needle two. Knit 15 sts from needle one onto needle three. Sts should now be divided as follows: 30, 30.Begin heel flap, working on needle three only:1. K1, p28, k1.2. K1, sl1 across.3. K1, p28, k1.4.
