R. KELLY just got a break this week and following in his foot steps is BUSTA RHYMES who is also on trial for doing some bullisshh. On Wednesday a New York City judge postponed Busta's trial on 2 assault charges and 2 driving infractions until Nov. 7.The judge's decision came after both the prosecutor and defense attorney realized they didn't have their shit together, in other words they weren't ready to proceed. I guess Busta couldn't deal with being locked up because he previously turned down a plea deal back in July which would've put his ass in the pen for1 year on all 4 charges. Check out this video clip supposedly showing Diddy at a party looking like he's doing a drug deal. Now Diddy has denied the allegations by saying they are "patently false." The footage shows Diddy dancing with clubbers at Ibiza's DC10 club and chatting with a tall blond man. At one point, the rapper raises two fingers as his companion plays with something in his hand. Combs is then seen lifting his hand to the side of his face...people are thus claiming it to be a drug exchange. But Combs' lawyer however insists his client has never had anything to do with illegal substances. Brafman says, "Any suggestion he is buying drugs would be patently false. He does not use drugs." I swear R. Kelly has more lives than a damn cat because it seems like this guy will never have his day in court. Damn, it's really been 5 years since the world officially found out that R. Kelly really likes little girls. Well, when it seemed like the wait was finally over, the Chicago judge reviewing the case decided today that the child pornagraphy criminal case against him will not be going to trial on September 17 as planned. Although the judge previously scheduled the trial date at a hearing on August 1, he changed his mind after taking into consideration that the lead prosecutor who recently had a baby would not be able to work due to her doctor's orders. If convicted of the charges against him, ya boy Kellz is looking at up to 15 years in the pen and a $100,000 fine. So once again ladies and gentlemen this dude still gets to roam the streets looking for innocent prey, so hide y'all daughters!

Check out these video clips of a CNN segment on BET's new PSA called "Read -A-Book ". I haven't seen the actual commercial, then again I don't watch BET like that but these video clips give a snippet of the PSA. It also features parents commenting on it's controversial impact and then the master minds behind the PSA go head to head. I understand it's supposed to be a satire on today's hip hop music and videos and it's geared towards a 18-34 year old demographic but airing the PSA during a time slot where mostly 10-18 yr olds tune in...it leads me to one question- do these kids really understand the meaning behind the images?? Our favorite platinum dyed prancer unleashed the dragon at the Roc Tha Block concert at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on August 31 in Sydney, Australia. I had no idea Sisqo was still performing.
