Lil Kim was pulled over for ridin? dirty, without a license or plates, in NYC in a $200K Lamborghini that is rumored to be a gift from a friend. I'm just saying didn't Ray-J drive a black Lamborghini in LA a couple a months ago...could this be the same car, hmmm. Anywhoo, Kim was driving on the West Side of Manhattan and went to fill her tank, when cops noticed that her crazazy whip didn't have tags. But within a matter of minutes, Kim?s lawyer arrived on the scene to settle things, picking her up and driving away in the pricey whip. No word if Kim was ticketed for her blonde moment!Source

In an interview with XXLMag, rapper Q-Tip revealed he's forming a new group with Common called "The Standard". Q-Tip went on to say, "Me and Common [are getting] ready to form a group. We'll probably run it through the Uni joint because we're both on Universal". However, the idea came from Common who brought up the suggestion about forming a group. Even though they haven't begun recording together yet, y'all will begin hearing some tracks from them once they start touring together in a few weeks. Q-Tip is even trying to get help from the Louis Vuitton Don a.k.a Kanye West to work on the production of the album. ?I?m probably gonna do a lot of it,? ?Tip says. ?And we?ll get Kanye [West] on a couple things, but you know, that cat is busy.? Yesterday ya gurl interviewed up and coming Def Jam singer/songwriter The Dream. You might be more familiar with his recent work such as Rihanna's hit song "Umbrella ." Well The [American] Dream wrote the song...and let's just say this dude's pen game is crazy ill. Anyhooo, as the interviewed continued he mentioned to me he intially "wrote the song for the poptart Britney Spears ." He and Producer Tricky Stewart approached Britney with the song, but being the idiot she is- of course she turned it down! The Dream went on to say he "figured the song was perfect for Britney and all the drama she was experiencing at the time...it would've been a perfect message for her kids." But when LA Reid heard the song, he knew Rihanna would be perfect for the song and of course Rihanna jumped at the hit...and the rest is history!
